that was some amazing writing... I was really living the story and feeling their emotions while I was reading it. Loved the happy ending:)

This fic is a wonderful ambience piece. The sad and bittersweet mood throughout the story is so deep it's amazing. It's beautifully written and the great dialogue is one of the strongest points of the story. Your choice of song is perfect, the characters and the story itself complimenting it wonderfully. Characters are pretty well in place, Xander's sadness and Spike's frustration and confusion are nicely played out. The point where you broke the story off was very poetic, although I can see how some people might get slightly put off by the lack of sex.
