Set during season 6 What happened if the bringers came inside Buffy´s house, but they took Buffy instead of Spike.
Chapter 1
Buffy slowly got awake, the drugs she took on her drink made her feel dizzy and sleepy, but when she tried to move, she noticed than she was chained to a table, facing down and the cold on her body made her notice that she completely nude. It was a cold dark room, and she could see anything at all. Slowly, the numbness of the drug was passing by, letting her feel like she was burning on the back of her head, but without knowing what could that be. Suddenly she heard a voice on the dark: “Already awake?, We hope the drugs doesn´t make a permanent damage on that pretty little body of yours, it would be a shame to kill you by accident”. She felt those words make her shiver “Kill me?” she thought, “Who are you? And what do you want for me? Where am I?” There were too much questions, but the most important at this moment was if she was almost fully awake she couldn´t break her chains. All she could remind was that the bringers came to her house fighting, she thought they were looking for Spike, but now she realized that she was the objective.
She could hear the voice speaking calmly and clearly: “You´ll see, we were just students a long ago, but one day we found a book with strange chronicles of some extraordinary women called the slayers, chosen ones stronger and faster than any normal person”. Buffy reminded then one comment of Giles about a story of a watcher that was killed and all his diaries were missing…. “Damn watchers” she thought.
The voice continued: “On this book there were exact instructions to make a potion that make the slayer as weak as a pussy cat, making her, or better said you, how can I say….maableable to our purposes”
“Don´t worry, Buffy” the voice continued, “we´ve been following you for the last years, waiting for the best opportunity, because we have a special purpose for you. Before we became the bringers, we had the opportunity to study a lot and practice some black magic… that how we met the First…Now you must be wondering what we will make to you…. Don´t worry… you will know when the moment comes…I have to tell you one more thing…. The burning you feel on your back is a magical tattoo…is a real piece of art and magic… you should thank for that a black magic book we bought on the black market, you´ll see, those books are not cheap, and the content of it, the times we have used it, worth every cent…this tattoo is something we have saved only for you, cause it will be such a delight to see the effects on such a powerful slayer…
The tattoo was really beautiful, it was composed by two dragons fighting each other, one really big red dragon against a green one, the green was on a defensive position and the red one was attacking, throwing fire and waving his wings powerfully.
The voice continued: “but for now, it´s enough for you to know that you are safe as long as you try not to escape… let me warn you… and I will say this once, if you try to escape or contact anyone, you will REALLY regret it…”
Buffy was shivering… never on her life she felt as vulnerable as she was now… and what did he mean with “saved only for you”… she was thinking on this when she could smell something on the air… sleeping gas….last thing she could thing was the fear of being completely helpless…
