"Whatever, Buffy. I do everything you ever ask me to do. I prove myself time and time again I am a changed man. Im done being your love sick puppet" Spike said as he turned and walked down the back pourch step of the Summer residence.
"Spike..." Buffy called out after him.
Spike stopped in his tracks "No Buffy Im done. You will never treat me any different after all you only see me as a monster. I will no longer bother you anymore." He then continued walking.
Buffy just sat there and watched him leave and disappear into the night. He will be back....i hope. She sat there for a bit longer before she decided it was getting late and went inside to bed.

The next day Buffy continued her day as in nothing happened the night before. She did her normal day to day things; Get up early, get ready, send Dawnie to school, then sat at home waiting for something to take her mind of Spike.
Spike is write I take him for granted. After all he doesnt judge me and he actually cares about how I feel. All my other friends are all wrapped up in there own lives; Xander has his job, Ayna has the Magic Box, Willow and tara have each other, hell even Dawn has school. What do I have? Slaying...I sure can use a friend right now...I wish Spike was here. Buffy thought to herself as she sat on her couch looking out her front window as the sun began to set. Thats it...Im going to go see spike and apologize and let him know how much i need him.

After sunset she got dressed to go see Spike. "where you off to Buffster?" Xander asking all casually as he flipped through the new homehardware magazine. "Out. Gunna go patrol." Buffy quickly said as she put on her leather boots. "Want company?" Willow asked looking away from tv, getting prepared to get up off the couch where her and tara sat snuggled up on. "No im good I will see you guys later." Buffy walked out the door before anyone would ask her anymore questions after all she was on a mission, her mission was to get Spike back screw what her friends think she was inlove with him.

"What in bloody hell?!?" Spike jumped up from his seat where he was watching a late night episode of Passions, he watched buffy walk in. "What do you want Slayer?" He said in a cold voice. Buffy cringed at his tone "Spike...I need to talk to you."
"About what? After all you got your scooby gang to turn too. They are your besties why not go talk to them." he turned his back to her and sat back down to finish watching his show.
Buffy walked infont of the tv not letting him brush her off so easy. "look spike i want to tell you I am sorry...for everything."
"Is that so" he said cutting her off "sorry pet if i dont beieve your lil song and dance"

Hearing him say that was like a stake in the heart...sort of speak. She swallowed the lump in her throat, no I must tell him how I feel and how he makes me feel. "Spike listen I am sorry...really sorry for everything. And that I do need you in my life..."
"well its a little late for apologizes...like i said I am done. I am not doing this anymore. I love you but I cant do this anymore I will move on." He said looking her in the eye.

"Spike please. You are the only other person who understand me and accept me for me. I...I love you" Buffy pleaded walking closer to Spike and knelt down in front of him, trying hard to stop the waterworks.
"Buffy I just dont know if I want to do this anymore..." Spike turned his head away from Buffy. Spike hated seeing her cry but how can he be sure she wasnt messing with him. And what about her friends.
"Please spike dont give up on me. I need you!" She put her hand up to his face and made him look at her. "I can change if you let me. Let me show you give me a second chance."

"Buffy you will never change. After all you are the slayer and I am a vampire, we are mortal enemies and we should keep it that way." He didnt want to say that to Buffy but he couldnt let her walk all over him again. He just doesnt want to get hurt anymore he was done with love.
"William I dont care anymore about that more, I dont even care about what my friends think. If they are my true friends and they love me they will respect my feelings." Buffy pleaded trying hard to convince Spike she really does love him and she realizes it now. She is so close to losing spike, it hurt so bad. "Spike please forgive me."
"Buffy please you are making this harder then it has to be." Spike got up and walked to the fridge and pulled out a beer out. He opened it and leaned against the fridge door contemplating wheather or not to believe her, after all she always cared what her friends think.

"Spike I aint going anywhere, I will stay all night if I have too." Buffy took off her jacket and sat down in his chair making herself as comfortable as possible. "After all you said you still love me."
Drats, she is going to make this hard...and why the fuck did i say that i still love her! Spike thought to himself as he drank half of his beer in one gulp. Luckily for him vampires need to consume 2x more alcohol then an average human can intake. "Buffy I want you to go like I said I dont want to play these games anymore.GO NOW!" He put his game face on walking towards her grabbing her and pulling her out of hs chair.
"No." buffy said flatly looking up into his deep blue eyes.
"Fine Im leaving you can stay. Im leaving this place, this town, this state...and I am leaving you behind me" Spike turned and walked out the crypt. So there went Spike again into the night leaving her alone by herself. buffy fell to her knees crying. She lost him forever.
