Trying to grab Spike’s attention, Buffy swung her hips to the pulsating music. Sashaying up to an interested cute guy, Buffy began to grind with all of her American know-how. Beside her Faith laughed. Breaking away from her many male admirers, Faith danced her way over to Buffy and slyly cut in. To the great joy of their audience the two girls started to give a delightful show. Laughing herself, Buffy tossed back her head, throwing a glace to Spike. Catching his eye she gave him a devilish grin, and started to dance even more provocatively. Licking his lips he watched her step in a bit closer to Faith and run her hands up and down the young brunette. Stepping back from the girl, Buffy pressed her back up against a hunky male standing near by, and started to rock against him to the music. Grabbing his hands, she placed them on her hips as she slowly began to grind up against him. Biting her lip, she tossed spike a smile.
“Two can play that game pet,” Spike muttered. Raising his arm, Spike waved down a pretty waitress. Buffy watched as the woman’s fake smile broke into a real grin, as Spike flirted flawlessly. Taking another sip of his beer, his look slowly turned into something more predatory. His hand reached up to rest on her waist then with a sly grin it started to move down as he continued speaking. Ever so slightly he nudged his head back a little in Buffy’s direction, but the waitress didn’t even stop to look. As he continued to talk her look slowly changed from flirty interest to angry dismay. Finally, like frosting on a cake, Spike made his final move. Looking the waitress up and down his hand slipped to her butt for a quick grab as Spike’s eyes focused on her tits. He was standing up planning to lead her over to a quiet corner when she started to pull her hand back in a violent motion.
As the waitress’s hand connected with his face, Spike heard a far off tinkling laughter. Suddenly the laughter was right beside him, coming from the very close form of Buffy. Sitting down beside him, she rested her head on the table as she tried to catch her breath both from the dancing and from laughing. A moment later Faith popped up beside her.
“Hey guys,” She said looking from the red faced Spike to the equally flushed Buffy. “What’d I miss?”

As the summer went on, Buffy and Spike continued playing a raunchy little game. Buffy had a quick fling with a local boy named Parker, who Spike announced was a ‘royal wanker,’ and Spike in his own right dated on-and-off with a girl named Harmony, who Buffy kindly called ‘princess air head,’ and often referred to the taller blond as a inanimate balloon.
Faith sat back and watched the fire works slowly unfold as life went on at the Giles Manor.
Once a week Agent Finn stopped by to check on Buffy. And twice a week she was required to visit a local psychiatrist whom the FBI had contracted specifically for her case. Both agreed that although Buffy was on the right track, it was to soon to say if she was out of the woods. Eventually they planned on having Buffy go to the school psychiatrist once a month as well, and if she made the transition well enough, Agent Finn would withdraw and Buffy would only have to visit the local psychiatrist once every other week, and the school psychiatrist whenever she felt the need. At first Buffy was anything but happy over having to be seen going to the psychiatrist. She didn’t want to stick out like a sore thumb anymore then she already did. But eventually Faith calmed her anxiety by pointing out how she’d be going to the psychiatrist while everyone was either already in class, or going out on their free period. Plus the office was quote “a bajillion years from the campus.”
Finally Buffy started to relax about the upcoming school year, despite all the terrible stories Faith told her, trying to spook her.

“…and then they tie you down and tear off all your clothes and paint ancient Celtic symbols all over your body as the leader chants and feeds you nasty bugs.” Faith rambled on, circling the pool table.
“Sounds like something out of a bad science fiction movie.” Buffy laughed. “There is no way British cheerleaders are that bad.”
“Okay you got me.” Faith laughed “Attack of the Cheer Squad Part Two. Spike went through a cheerleading fetish phase… Think Bring it On for 3 weeks straight.”
Laughing again Buffy leaned over to take her shot. “You could have just kept the lie up ya know. I would have started to believe you soon, I mean I didn’t even know England had cheerleaders. I thought it was something America made up, like Hamburgers… and clowns.”
“Well technically we don’t. But there is a type of spirit squad, they wear school colors, rule the school, and screw all the jocks.” Faith watched the 8 ball roll in with a smile. “Game over, I think that makes the score Faith 8 and Buffy 2 for the week?”
“One more,” Buffy said, leaning under the table to get the rack, right as Spike entered the room.
Seeing her swaying behind peeking out from under the pool table, Spike’s mouth twitched. Giving Faith the universal shush sign, he quickly snuck up behind her. With a grin to Faith, Spike’s hand drew back fast and went down ending in a loud SMACK.
“Owww!!” Buffy hollered from underneath the table, crawling out quickly. Standing up her hands gripped her sore behind. “Spike!” She glared punching him in the arm.
Laughing he handed her his cell phone. “Phone call.”
“Phone call?” She said picking it up. “Who would call me on your cell phone?”
At his shrug she turned and walked into the hallway shutting the door behind her, “Hello?” She said with a note of confusion in her voice.
“Buffy.” Screamed the caller.
“Mommy…” Buffy’s eyes widened as the phone slipped slowly out of her hands, hitting the floor just seconds before she did.
