Hey guys here’s a new chap. Im working really hard trying to update Broken and Saving the Boy. Sorry it’s taken so long. This chapter has to be dedicated to my girl, she gave me the inspiration…so to speak. ;)
“I forgot how cold graveyards were.” Buffy pulled her jacket tighter around her shoulders. Faith didn’t notice the chill. Her senses were on high alert. The town paper had reported several deaths were the victim had been drained of their blood. She felt that Buffy was strong enough to fight a fledge but any real slaying would be left up to her.
“Pay attention Buffy. This isn’t home. You don’t know this cemetery.”
“Consider me focused.” The blonde smiled and put on a false resolve face. The smile soon faded. “Duck!” Faith rolled to the left, while keeping an eye on the girl in front of her. Buffy withdrew a stake from her waist band and hurled it into a vampire’s heart. Faith jumped to her feet and twirled around trying to sense if there where any more.
“Wicked shot twinkie.”
“I guess it’s like riding a bike, except I don’t know how to ride a bike.” Her expression twisted into strange contemplation.
“You’re kidding right? You slay the undead but you can’t ride a bike?”
“I try. It goes something like… See Buffy get on. See Buffy Peddle. See Buffy fall on her ass.”
“God Gage is so lucky I came along.” Buffy snaked her arms around the younger girl’s neck.
“So am I.” The smaller woman smiled sweetly and when Faith looked into those sparkling emerald eyes. She knew that it was Buffy looking back at her.
“I can’t argue with a girl that speaks the truth.” Faith let her lips brush Buffy’s in a tentative kiss. Every molecule in her body was screaming for her to ravage the woman in front of her.
Buffy searched Faith’s eyes with her own. “It’s time.” She whispered. Faith conveyed her understanding with a small nod. Before either of them could have second thoughts they were shredding each others clothes in a hungry frenzy. Their hands grabbed and scratched at flesh with need. Tongues fought for dominance and two perfectly sculpted bodies tumbled to the grass.
Faith tried to grasp at some semblance of reason and allowed Buffy to take control. She knew from what she had witnessed in the apartment that this girl beneath her had been taken advantage of. Buffy easily flipped them over, her mouth searching for skin as she nibbled all along Faith’s ears and neck. She was rewarded with a low groan. She took one perfect breast in her hand and began to massage until a mocha colored nipple stood at attention. She lowered her moth to the other and swirled her tongue over it. Her hand continued it’s decent to dark brown curls.
They both gasped as Buffy’s fingers slid into wet lips. “Jesus Christ.” Faith moaned and bucked her hips. The look it Buffy’s eyes was one of ancient lust and desire. “You’re so wet baby.” Buffy popped one juice covered finger into her mouth and indulged in the taste of her lover. Buffy allowed her hand to return to the moist folds and kissed Faith slowly allowing the brunette to taste herself. “Fuck B…” Faith was breathless as two fingers slid into her. Buffy’s thumb moved in circles on Faith’s clit.
Faith spiraled out of reality. Her head trashed back and forth. Her hands searched for anything to hold onto. “Buffy! Fuck me B! God yessss…” She pounded her fists into the earth leaving deep divots as she came.
The cold sweat hit her skin as she desperately clawed at her lover, pulling her upward, over faith’s face. Buffy braced her hands on a tombstone as she positioned her pussy over a hungry mouth. Faith held a tight grip on the older girl’s small hips as she allowed her tongue to dive in deep strokes inside of her lover. “God Faith…don’t stop.” Her voice was small. Faith held her tongue rigid as she penetrated the blond. She had never tasted anything so sweet. She swallowed the clear liquid with pleasure. “Make me come Faith…please I need it.” Faith took the small nub between her full lips and rapidly flicked her tongue over it. She brought her hand up and slid three fingers into the welcoming warmth of her love. Buffy brought herself down hard on Faith’s hand. “Right there Faith…Fuck…so good.”
Her golden locks flowed down her sensitive skin and tickled Faith’s abdomen as Buffy threw her head back with pleasure. Her hips were picking up speed but Faith easily kept up with her. She could feel muscles starting to spasm around her hard working digits. Buffy could feel the marble under her hands beginning to crumple from the pressure. She clenched her teeth. “Faith I’m going too……Fuck….Oh god….Faaaiiithh!” Buffy collapsed forward. The Bostonian gathered the elder slayer in her arms. They laid silence for several moments to catch their breath.
“That was amazing.” Buffy snuggled into her counterpart. She looked at their surroundings. “And really…really morbid. Faith we just made love in a cemetery…on top of a grave.”
Faith let out a hearty chuckle. “I think that it’s kinda fitting. You know…Slayers…us who walk the night…it’s perfect.” Buffy removed herself from Faith’s embrace reluctantly.
“We should put some clothes on. What would we do if I vamp came right now.”
Faith raised an eyebrow. “I told you my alligator story right?” Buffy laughed and threw Faith’s pants to her.
“You think we’ll get anymore vamp action tonight?”
Faith looked around saddened. “No…maybe it was just a vamp passing through town and he got hungry.” Buffy stopped tying her shoe and placed a hand on the brunettes.
“We got one. That’s something.”
Faith grinned and took Buffy’s hand. “C’mon we gotta get going. You need to call the clinic before curfew.”
“You know what I don’t get? I didn’t follow my mom’s curfew. Why do they expect me to follow theirs?”
Faith scowled at her. “Because you agreed to get help from them and they have rules and Giles is spending a lot of money.”
“I did three months doesn’t that mean something?” Faith let go of her hand and turned to face her.
“Yeah it means that you get to not die of an OD in a back ally. It means you get to watch our son grow, it means you get me. Buffy your acting like it’s a hassle. You don’t want to be in by curfew? Fine.” Faith turned on her heal, disgusted, and stomped away.
Buffy sighed and kicked a rock. She was beginning to realize how important this actually was to Faith. She walked to a closed gas station and picked up the pay phone receiver. It was time she started taking some reasonability for her recovery.

Willow was sitting at her desk grading papers when the phone began to ring. She picked it up and cradled it on her shoulder.
“Xand for the last time…I can’t put better grades on your transcript from High School…”
“Willow?” The Redhead took in a small gasp of air.
“Buffy?” Tears began to stream down her face.
“It’s me…”
“Oh God Buffy…are you ok?”
“Yeah I…You know I just thought that it was time…I wanted to call you.”
“Wow…I…well I knew I’d talk to you cause, you know with the finding of you and…I just didn’t expect it tonight…I mean here I am with papers and my red pen and then I’m talking to you and…it’s a little much.”
“I know…god I missed Willow babble. So how are you?”
“I’m good…and you?”
“Good…great even. Rehab is good. The Doctor is good…Faith is…”
“Good?”
“Yeah I’m being generic gal aren’t I?”
“Just a little.”
“Sorry. Faith is…wonderful. She’s like a whole new person Will. She’s mature and cool headed and…I’m happy with her. She makes sense.”
“I’m glad Buffy.”
“Anyway I don’t want to keep you long. I’m going to OK this with Giles and Faith first but I’d like you guys to come…here. So we can talk. I mean, if you would.”
“I think that would be good for everyone Buffy.”
“Really?” Buffy squealed. “Thank you so much! I’ll call you soon. I have to get a hold of Xander. I’ll talk to you soon?”
“Of course.”
“Willow…”
“Yes Buffy?”
“I miss you.”
“I miss you too.” Willow began to cry again. Buffy didn’t say anything else. She hung up the phone and dialed Xander’s number.

“‘Ello?” The cockney accent assaulted Buffy’s ears.
“Spike.”
“Slayer.” He chuckled. “Had enough fun did ya? Decided to stir things up here?”
“Is Xander there?” Spike didn’t answer he walked into the kitchen and handed the phone to the taller man, kissing him quickly on the forehead.
“Hello?” Buffy smiled at her friend’s goofy voice.
“Xander?”
“Buff? Is that you? Oh God.” He allowed himself to slide to the floor.
“Hey you.” Her words were a smile.
“Hey yourself.” Xander grinned softly.
“So…”
“So…”
“Sleeping with the undead is cool huh?” Xander laughed so hard his sides began to ache.
“It has its perks.” Xander took a deep breath. “Buff I know there is so much more to talk about but are you and Faith...”
“Yeah Xand we are.” There was short silence.
“Good thing I found the gayer side of life or that would have fueled many a fantasy.”
“Thank you.”
“How are you?”
“I’m fine. Four more months and I can come home.”
“It’ll be good Buffy. It’ll be really good to have you back.”
“Xander I want…I need you all to come out here. We need…I need to try and make things right.”
“I’ll hop on a plane now Buff.”
“Let me talk to Giles and he can arrange it all. I can’t wait four months to have my family back.”
“Alright Buffy. I’ll see you soon. I love you.”
“I love you too Xander.”

Giles swore at his cell phone that was ringing on his desk before figuring out how to answer it.
“Hello. This is Rupert Giles.”
“Hey old man.” This time it was Buffy’s turn to shed a tear.
“Buffy.” A sharp in take of breath sent the watcher into his chair. “How are you?”
“I’m fine…I…Well Faith and I had a small fight about responsibility and I thought it was time that I take some.”
“Yes well, Faith is proving to be quite insightful.”
“I want…I’d like it if you and the gang could make a trip out here. I want to start fixing things and it’s hard with you being on the other side of the continent. I know I’ll have to talk it over with Faith but I think it would be…good...”

Faith walked softly down the road towards the gas station. She cursed herself for leaving Buffy alone. After time to cool down and seven cigarettes later she had set out to find the blonde. She was within hearing distance now.
“I’m fine…I…Well Faith and I had a small fight about responsibility and I thought it was time that I take some.” Faith carefully made her way behind Buffy.
“I want…I’d like it if you and the gang could make a trip out here. I want to start fixing things and it’s hard with you being on the other side of the continent. I know I’ll have to talk it over with Faith but I think it would be…good...”
Faith felt the emotion swell within her at the heartfelt plea coming from the elder. She slid her arms around the slender waist. Buffy led her gaze backward to smile at the woman she loved.
“I think that is a wonderful idea B.”
“Giles give me a second.”
They heard a grumbled “The girl never changes.” As Buffy lowered the phone to her side.
“Are we good?”
“5x5.” Faith assured her. She captured the glossed lips with her own. “Have Giles set it up.”
“Giles I’m back. So what do you think?”
“I think it would aid in your recovery Buffy. I’ll talk to the others and get back to you in a few days.”
“Ok…I guess I’ll talk to you later then.”
“Right then. See you soon. And Buffy?”
“Yes?”
“It’s good to hear your voice.”
“Yours too.” She hung up the phone and gazed into chocolate pools. “I’m sorry about…”
“Let it go.” Faith took her hand and began to lead them home. “It doesn’t matter B, cause we did something tonight that means so much more.”
Buffy smirked. “What happened to the ‘get some get gone’ girl I knew and loved?”
Faith shrugged. “I lost her in city hospital hell.”
“Are you…you don’t…was I…” Buffy seemed to shrink. Faith engulfed her in a hug.
“I am so happy. I don’t regret anything ever that involves you. It makes us who we are and we’re wicked cool and you were amazing.”
“The Chosen Two?”
“All the way girlfriend.”
“Yeah?” Buffy’s hand traced the inside of Faith’s denim covered thigh.
“Yeah.” Faith kissed her roughly. “You know what?”
“What?”
“Your it.” She laughed and took off for their home and their bed.
