"Come on B,how can you not say Isis was fucking hot?" Faith asked animatedly as they headed from the movie theatre to the Bronze.
"She's just not my type" Buffy replied tensely. "I liked Missy better"
"She's..urgh" was the reply.
"She's the spitting image of you!" Buffy protested,then clamped her mouth shut.
"So you think I'm cuter than Gabrielle Union?" Faith asked,fishing for complements,but hoping Buffy would say yes.
"If it makes you feel any better,then yes,you're more fuckable than anyone on Bring It On" Buffy laughed. *wwayyyyy more fuckable*
"Good to know B. Hey,we near the Brone yet?" she asked. *she thinks I'm fuckable!*
"Here" Buffy pointed to the entrance. "You sure you want to meet my friends?" she asked nervously.
"What,you're ashamed of your future wife?! That hurts honey" Faith rolled her eyes. "I'm sure. Besides,better than telling them to be at a church next month,then they see you getting out of a horse drawn carriage. Kinda hard to play the 'I'm sure I told you!' card"
"Horse drawn carriage?" Buffy squeaked. "Wow"
"No big. Whether or not we love each other,gotta make it look real for the family album."
Buffy put on a hurt expression. "And I thought you cared"
"I'm kidding. I know you didn't have a choice in this either,but we might as well make the nest out of it right?" Faith reasoned. "Its your special day after all."
"Thanks" Buffy said,a genuine warmth lighting up her face. "This might not be to bad,I mean,you..you're generous,kind,attractive.."
"..a great fuck" Faith chimed in,bawling with laughter at the expression on her face.
"It..no.." Buffy said. "I mean,I don't think I could sleep with anyone unless I.."
"Loved them?"
"Sorry"
Faith stared at Buffy intently. "Don't be. I'm not expecting sex,for ANY reason other than you want to. I promise. now lets meet the family"
INSIDE THE BRONZE
"There they are." Buffy pointed to a group of 4 huddled in a corner. Two girls,one a blonde and one a redhead were sharing a drink,and flickering their eyes back and forth to each other. The other couple,a dark haired guy and a white blonde girl were kissing passionately,while still trying to look respectable.
"Come on then babe" Faith said as she strode over to the table,grabbing two cairs on her way.
"Hey Buff" the guy said,taking his gaze away from his girlfriend. "And who's this beauty? Is she single and does she have a problem with manly men like myself?"
"This is Willow,Tara,Xander and Anya"
"Guys,this is Faith. My fiancee"
