After The End Of The End

Instead of answering his question, Willow called upon her magic, flinging him away from her. He hit the fence with a grunt of surprise, his eyes burning in anger as he pushed himself up. {Just need to control it.. I just need to keep control..} She unfroze herself, returning her voice to normal again. She unfroze the woman too, stepping in front of her. 

"You think you can defeat /me/?" The man growled, energy crackling at his fingertips, eyes turning black. {Shit. Just my luck! Of course he's using /dark/ magic!} Without looking back, she talked to the woman, 

"Go. Run." 

"B-But.. My face-" The man started towards them with a glare. Willow urgently replied, 

"If you'd like to /live/ RUN." The woman scrambled up, pausing, 

"But he'll get me!" Willow flexed her fingers with a deep breath, 

"No he won't. Just go!" The woman ran towards the road, Shrieking when the man tried to grab her. Willow waved her hand, flinging the man into the library wall. She moved to block the road from him as he got up, panting as she struggled to control herself. {Dont go dark.. Dont go dark..} The man flung his hand towards her, sending her flying to the ground, the air knocked from her. Willow pushed herself up, wiping dirt from her face. He advanced on her with a glare, a crackling ball forming in his hand as he prepared to throw it. She didn't hesitate to throw him again, this time harder. He clumsily through the magic ball, Willow ducking so it hit the ground behind her. She got back up, gasping when a ball of lightning grasped her, pulling her off the ground. The man got up, walking towards her again, 

"Once I defeat you easily, I'll kill all you love in front of you before even /considering/ the mercy of death for you!" Willow gritted her teeth, melting the ball around her. At the possibility of this guy hurting her loved ones, her hair and eyes turned black, energy swirling inside of her, urging her to incinerate this man. She forced the thoughts away, keeping herself in her own mind. {Dont let the magic control you..} She landed on the ground heavily, glaring at the man. 

"You know what I think?" The man rolled his eyes, another lightning ball forming in his hand. "That you have no idea what you're doing." He tossed the ball at her chest, causing her to duck. He started laughing and Willow shook her head, ducking again as the ball came back. "You really think I'm that dumb?" He rolled and the ball slammed into the library wall. Willow winced as the ball exploded, making a hole in the building which was now up in flames. "Oops.." 

"You must be dumb to think you can defeat ME!" He brought an invisible weight down on her, sending her back into the dirt with a thud. She shot a ball at him, getting up when he got distracted. Just as she got back into a fighting stance, two blondes came rushing around the fence.

As Buffy and Tara were searching, a sudden shriek caught their attention. From the direction of the shriek came a running girl. The girl almost ran right into Tara but Buffy held out her arms to stop and catch the woman. 

"Calm down, Calm do-" Tara looked over in confusion when Buffy froze, freezing too when she saw the womans face. Before either of the blondes could say anything, the woman cried out in a terrified voice, 

"I was attacked! Another person came and told me to run-" Then the woman pushed past Buffy with a hysterical shriek, running down the street. Tara looked at Buffy, her eyes wide, 

"..Willow." Tara took off in the direction the girl had came from without another word, Buffy close behind. The library suddenly burst into flames with a small explosion, causing them to skid to a stop for a second in shock. {Oh goddess Willow, what have you done?!} Tara thought in dismay as they started running again, rounding a fence. Tara froze. Willow was standing by the burning building, her hair and eyes black. She was facing a man that was on the ground, clearly having been fighting him, eyes narrowed. 

"Oh goddess.." Tara gasped quietly, making Willow look at her, her eyes widening in shock. They didn't see the smirk grow on the mans face before he looked back at them, his face a look of distress, 

"Help! This crazy woman was going to kill that girl, and now shes trying to kill me!" Willow shook her head wildly, 

"N-No! It wasn't me! I-It was H-Him! I found him while he was-" Buffy interrupted her, eyes down, 

"Enough of this Willow. We know you did this, you cant get out of it this time." Tara looked to Buffy in shock, 

"Wait, you didnt say-" Willows face fell in realization the same time Taras did. Buffy had given up on trying to keep Willow good. She had come here with only the intent to kill her.
