Sleeping Beauty
Chapter 6
“Pet, wake up. We’re here.”
Spike prodded Xander’s shoulder trying to wake up his sleeping mate. He really did look cute when he slept. It was one of the many reasons he hoped the witch never figured out how to reverse what she did. William by nature was not a solitary creature, and that had stayed with him even after he was turned, Dru was proof of that. He had stayed with her for over a hundred years and would still have been with her if she hadn’t kicked him out. It didn’t matter now, he had his boy and if he could just find a way around his chip he would mark him as his.
“Xaaandeeeer,” Spike whined, “we have to go inside, before I become dust.”
“Mmm dust bad, no dustin’ m’vamp,” Xander muttered, still mostly asleep.
That lit Spike’s face into a huge grin. Xan’s subconscious thought of him as his, now all he had to do was get him to admit it and they were on their way to hot man on man lovin’.
“Wake up sleeping beauty! Hmm still no good, well then how bout a kiss to wake my prince.” Spike cupped Xander’s face and started a passionate kiss. It only took a few minutes before Xander started participating. It went on for a good minute before Xander opened his eyes. They widened comically before he pulled away and started rubbing his lips with the back of his hand.
“Damn it, Spike,” Xander yelled, “don’t do that!”
“Got ya awake didn’t it?”
“Just…just don’t do it again.”
“Sure thing pet,” Spike agreed but the look on his face told the truth. It would happen as often as he could get away with, “It’s time to see Peaches.”
“Oh were here?”
“That we are pet.”
“Oh good,” Xander gave a mischievous smile.
“Oi, what’s that look for?”
“Just realized I get to tell on you for kidnapping me.”
Spike shrugged, “Not afraid of Peaches.”
Xander grinned, “I never said anything about Angel.”
With that, Xander was out of the car and running to the Hotel that the AI group made their home/office. Spike quickly followed after, foreboding settled into him as he realized who his Xan-pet was talking about.
A.N.
I know it is a short chapter but I wanted to get something up and this week has been evil time wise. I had several papers due so that took up my writing time. I will try to update again either Sunday or Tuesday. Just so you know I don’t update on Monday or Wednesdays since I have classes those days.

Sage-Thanks! As for why they couldn’t talk, they were too close to town where the baddies Spike was talking about, caused silence. When they got far enough away, they could talk again. Hope that cleared everything up

Vampirezdarkgurl I will try to update as quickly as possible and my goal is at least two chapters a week.
Lol good idea with the window, I can just see Xander getting caught halfway out of it.

AddictedtoBuffy Sorry about the angel/angle misspell. I remember writing it and thinking it was wrong but after writing the rest of the chapter I forgot about it. I fixed one but I don’t know if I did it more then once. If you catch more slips like that let me know.
