Time Spin

Buffy stared in amazement as Jaeger waved at her happily from her perch in the tree, getting over her initial shock she looked at the trees other occupant, she couldn’t believe what she saw…a woman…with wings…a naked woman with wings…an angel? What the hell angels are real? Where the hell were they when I was in heaven?



Looking away she saw Jaeger was trying to untangle herself form the assortment of branches she had gotten stuck in, the ‘angel’ was helping the best she could but it looked like she couldn’t quite get her right wing free.



Finally when Buffy and the others seemed to snap into action at the same time her and Faith ran to the trees base and began climbing up. Glancing down she saw that Willow had seen Kennedy but the slayer hadn’t seen the witch…Willow was making no move to make herself seen either. Grunting when she felt a branch jab her thigh Buffy pulled herself up until she was level with her daughter, “Jaeger…what, how” Buffy decided questions could wait and she reached out and firmly grasped her daughters shoulder, while Faith leaned over under her chest and took out a knife and cut the branches away, carefully avoiding the ones closer to Jaeger.



“I can move now.” Jaeger said enthusiastically, wriggling around she pulled herself free and Buffy held her fast and pulled her onto her lap in the tree. Smiling through tears Buffy brushed the leaves and twigs from her baby’s dark hair. “I missed you mommy” Buffy pulled Jaeger closer and cried.



“I missed you too, so much” Buffy whispered. Smiling when she felt Jaegers tiny arms hug her back.



“Where’s Mama?” Jaeger asked, looking around for her other parent. Buffy felt her chest clench.



“She’s at home. Want to go surprise her?” Buffy smiled at Jaegers fervent nod. Carefully navigating her way down the tree she dropped the last few feet and hit the ground with a thump. Standing she looked up at Faith who was apparently arguing with the’ angel’ over something. “Who’s that Jaeger?”



“Oh that’s Coop. She got me and Kennedy away from the army men”



“Army men…Initiative?” Buffy asked turning she looked over at Kennedy who nodded gravely. “Theres an outpost here?”



“Theres a whole facility Buffy” Kennedy told her. Shrugging indifferently. “I was headed this way when I heard you all were in it deep with the latest Big Bad so I thought why not…” Buffy pretended to miss the look the younger slayer sent her witch friend.





Nodding she turned and walked toward her house. Stepping through the doorway she stopped short when Todd ran toward her full speed barking like he had a bee up his butt. “NO TODD DOWN” Buffy yelled.



“Its okay mommy.” Jaeger said as she gently climbed out of her mommy’s arms and wrapped her arms around the giant dog. Looking up she saw Mama standing on the stairs;” MAMA” concerned when suddenly her normally reserved parents slumped down and started crying. “Mama don’t cry.”



Buffy watched as Jaeger walked up to the redheaded woman and hugged her around the neck. Smiling she walked over to her mate and child and sat down beside them. Unsure whether or not she could…touch Lonnie she settled for brushing her daughter’s hair. Taken completely by surprise when Lonnie suddenly released her hold on Jaeger long enough to pull her close.



Buffy leaned her head on Lonnie’s shoulder and smiled at Jaeger. Finally something good had happened.

Sasha watched from her vantage point as the blonde slayer carried the seer child into there home. Smiling at the suddenly brighter aura around the blonde slayer she turned to her latest source of annoyance. Staring at the winged woman as she stood up from consequently falling out of the tree, Sasha waited for her to brush twigs out of her hair.



“Are you just incapable of staying clothed?” Sasha bit out, ignoring the suddenly shocked looks from her new allies, she felt the demons surrounding her retreat, and they knew who the angelic woman was to her.



“Well…if SOMEONE had stayed out of mortals business instead of getting involved AGAIN…I wouldn’t have been sent to clean up after a certain little sister now would I.” Coop growled.



“First off how does that have ANYTHIGN to do with your clothes and secondly fuck you, I am what I am because of you so just leave.” Sasha stepped forward and made a fist, drawing forth enough of her power for a sizable energy blast.



“Well...im not ALLOWED back until this…mess is reseolved. You know if the mortals release ‘him’ were going to have to start over again. And here you are meddling in there affairs. You know what is supposed to be but you are STILL here.” Coop sneered, drawing forth an energy ball of her own.



“What…you’re going to shoot me with love?” Sasha laughed outright, jolting back when the blast hit her square in the face. Looking back stunned at her sister “YOU shot ME?!?”



“Someone had to. Now you going to shoOOF” Coop stumbled back when her sister’s blast hit her in the chest. Growling she launched off the ground and flew straight for Sasha who charged her head on. Meeting in the middle they fell to the ground and both wrestled fighting for tops.



Faith watched the spectacle in amazement; turning to her mate she would have smiled at the eerily struck dumb look on her face. Turning back she winced when ‘Coop’ grabbed Sasha and launched into the sky. Everyone ran to the point the woman had taken off from and stared at the sky. Even with her advanced vision Faith couldn’t see anything…wait…was that? The blonde woman had DROPPED Sasha.



“SHIT!” Faith and Raya scrambled trying to get the children to get out of the way. “WILLOW!” Faith turned and saw Red running toward them already, stepping back as the witch reached her hands up and muttered something and Sashes falling body slowed gradually and by the time she was less than five feet above them, Red lowered her to the ground gently.



Stepping closer Raya jumped when Sashes eyes opened and she shot to her feet and began forming more energy balls. Turning to Willow “Put me back up there NOW”



Willow stared at her like she had just asked her why there was snow in Antarctica. “I will NOT” Willow snapped, stepping back when she saw the angel woman land.



Everyone watched transfixed as the unearthly beautiful angel woman stepped toward her demonic sister. “Well this is cliché’” Raya heard Faith mutter.



Turning back Raya studied the blonde woman…there was something familiar about her…she reminded Raya of something from her childhood in Egypt.



Everyone watched the siblings with interest, wondering who was going to try to kill who next. That’s why when the angry faces of the pair suddenly disappeared and the sisters smiled and threw there arms around one another. “Gods I missed you sister.” Coop told the smaller woman.



“I missed you to…you don’t write you don’t call” Sasha smiled at the taller woman who blushed slightly.



“Well…it IS a hell dimension.” Laughing Sasha turned and smiled at her allies.



“This is my sister, Coop. Or Cupid. Whichever works”



“Isn’t Cupid a guy?” Asher asked, turning he looked over at his mate and got a confirming nod from the nerd.



“No, Eros is my brother. He’s the usual image for Cupid…but I am cupid.” Coop explained, somewhat giddy at being in the presence of mortals again.



“Oh well…this just keeps getting better and better.” Faith turned to glare at Kennedy who was standing behind her.



“What seriously…im gone five years, come back Buffy’s a lesbian, you got another kid, Skye’s all grown up and now there’s a demon ARMY camped out on the grounds and to top if off that demony leaders sister is fucking CUPID” Kennedy flew her hands in the air. “What’s next…done tell me Xanders a drag queen? No ok good…can I maybe be getting a drink?”



Dawn smiled and led Kennedy into her house for said dink.



Coop smiled at the dark haired brunette. “She’s a mouthy little thing isn’t she” She asked amused, chuckling at the confirming nods from the mortals.



“Come on Coop. Lets get you dressed and we can talk this over more.” Sasha said, waving goodnight the two siblings limped back to Sasha’s tent.
