Alexander

Alex and Xander were sitting together on the dusty ground of the market, watching the demons and their human slaves move around, when a large female demon approached the one who’d found them in the forest. She looked down at the two of them for a few seconds before focusing on Xander and pointing to him. “I’ll take that one.” She said and the man who’d captured them moved towards Xander, a metal collar in his hands.

Alex didn’t know why, but he didn’t like the sight of that collar. Xander somehow knew the feelings of his mate and pulled back, away from the collar. This caused the demon to growl and he moved forward again, only to have Xander pull back again. In anger, the demon raised the ridding crop that he held and was about to use it to hit Xander when the crop stopped in midair.

Xander quickly glanced at Alex, not surprised to see that the long haired man’s eyes were glowing with power. When Xander looked back at the demon he laughed when he saw the crop suddenly catch fire and vanish out of existence. The two demons looked down at the humans, completely confused… but then they started yelling a word that Xander and Alex didn’t understand. The two humans watched as several robbed demons stepped forwards to peer at Xander and Alex.

“They are twins.” One of the robed demons noted, causing the crowd which had gathered to fall silent and stare at Alex and Xander, who simply hugged each other tighter.

A demon dressed as a soldier stepped forward and thrust his sword at the two humans. Xander instantly threw himself to one side, bringing Alex with him so that the two dodged the spear When this happened Alex growled under his breath, his eyes flashing white once more as the Soldier was thrown back by his magic.

“Twin witches!” The apparent leader of the robed demons noted before turning to the other soldiers. “Bring them to the palace and summon the Grosoalg.”

Before the two humans could react a group of Soldiers had them on their feet and rushed the two humans deep inside a large castle. Alex and Xander were pushed into a small room. They were followed by two robed demons, who had stared at the two humans for a few seconds, as if observing the two. “I have yet to hear them speak, perhaps they are even stupider then normal cows?” one of the demons remarked, turning towards the other.

“Why should we speak?” Alex spat, glaring at the two. “You would only insult us once again.” Xander smirked as the two demons stared at them.

“It matters not what the twin cows think.” the second demon spat out. “Soon the Grosloag will come and plant a true Ruler inside their worthless bodies.” He sneered at Alex and Xander before leaving, with the other demon following behind him.

“Did they just say what I think they just said?” Xander asked, turning to face Alex, who nodded grimly.

“Let’s get out of here… before---” Alex grimaced as Xander moved to look at the door and figure out how to break out of their cell. The two men were doing this when a shiver went down their spines.

“What was that?” Xander asked, looking over at Alex.

“Angel and Spike.” Alex remarked.

“Can your magic help them find us?” Xander asked as he finished picking the lock and slowly poked his head out to see if anyone was there.

“I can make the bond more intense.” Alex remarked as Xander slid outside of the cell. “It should make it easier for them to find us.” After saying this Alex followed Xander out of the cell and down the hallway.

Angel, Spike, Wesley and Lorne were crossing a large field of grass when the two vampires froze and shifted to look towards the west. Ignoring Lorne and Wesley‘s questions about what was happening, Angel growled, his features suddenly shifting, not to the normal vampiric ridges, but to a completely demonic form. Spike also growled and shifted, shifting to stand next to his sire as the two breathed in deeply, as if they were smelling the air in an effort to search for something.

As if some invisible signal had been sent, the two vampires ran off towards the west, leaving Welsey and Lorne behind. “What was that?” Wesley asked, turning towards the green demon, who shrugged.

It was obvious that the demons of Pylea didn’t think much of “cows”, because it took only a few seconds for Alex and Xander to escape the castle and make their ways into the thick woods. But before the two young men could enter the woods, Xander saw that something strange was happening in the center of town. A young woman had been placed on a raised dais in the center of the town, and it soon became apparent that the demons were planning to kill her.

So of course Alex and Xander had to save her.

The girl, who went by the name of Fred, had been extremely grateful… the demons not so much. This had lead to the three running through the woods, Alex pausing occasionally to hurl spells at the demons. However there were simply too many for Alex’s magic to deal with, which resulted in the three humans being cornered against a large stony outcrop.

Although he was a powerful magic user, there were limits to the amount of magic Alex could use in one session… and he was close to passing out. Fred was terrified and breathing heavily from all the running, while Xander had a cut on his arm. He’d gotten the cut by knocking Alex out of the way of a spear that had been thrown at the group.

Just when the group thought that they were going to be captured again, there was a roar from above and two demons that looked oddly familiar jumped off the cliffs above the three humans onto the demons who were quickly surrounding them. Before anyone could speak the two strange demons were slaughtering the green skinned natives of Pylea. Alex, Xander and Fred watched silently as the two demons finished killing the guards who had been chasing them… and turned towards the humans.

Alex stepped forward, reaching out to touch the larger of the two demons’ face, despite Xander’s best attempts to stop him. “Xander, it’s Angel!” Alex remarked, looking back at the other man as he was drawn into Angel’s arms, Spike moving to do the same to Xander as the two vampires nuzzled at their mates’ necks and Alex found himself trying to explain the situation to Fred.

It turned out that Fred was, originally, from their universe. Due to the shock of falling through a portal and ending up in Pylea, Fred had an easy time understating the two men’s explanations of how they knew the demons who’d saved them. When Fred found herself in Pylea she’d escaped the demon who’d bought her and ended up living in a cave… a cave that she now lead the four mates back to.

Alex and Xander found themselves sitting in Fred’s cave, eating something she called oatmeal while Spike and Angel maintained their hold on the two young men. All too soon night had fallen, Fred retreating deeper into the cave while Alex and Xander fell asleep on a pile of furs, with Angel and Spike lying on either side of the two humans, the vampires watching over their mortal mates, even in sleep.

Sometime in the middle of the night Alex opened his eyes. Instead of their usual brown color Alex’s eyes now seemed to glow a grey-white, not unlike the full moon which lit the night sky outside of the cave. Alex blinked slowly, before he reached out to touch Xander’s shoulder, an action which instantly woke the other man. Xander’s eyes were a mirror of Alex, grey-white and seeming to glow. Without speaking the two mortals moved closer together , wrapping their arms around each other until they wer chest to chest, their hearts seeming to beat as one.

As the two humans lay wrapped together the vampires who were sleeping on the outside woke, their eyes opening and glowing the traditional vampiric yellow. Without speaking the two vampires moved closer to their mates.

Alex’s head fell back against Angel’s shoulder as the dark haired vampire bit down into the mortal’s flesh, drawing a scream of pleasure from the mortal man. Meanwhile Spike was doing the same to Xander, whose mouth was open in a silent scream as his eyes slipped closed.

Angel pulled back from Alex’s neck, gently licking the wound to ensure it healed as Spike did the same to Xander. Spike and Angel looked over their mortal mates and caught each other’s eyes, which seemed to glow even brighter as they looked at each other. Alex whimpered slightly, moving so that he could see Xander through his eyes, which were still glowing the strange color of grey-white. The two mortals leaned against each other once more, their eyes slowly closing as Spike and Angel’s hands wandered down their bodies, drawing gasps of pleasure from the two.

Alex cried out in pleasure as Angel thrust home, his voice echoed by Xander, who thrust back as Spike did the same, the blond vampire growling as he pushed Xander even closer to Alex, the two men crying out in pleasure as they were pressed against each other by the brutal pace their mates had set.

Alex was the first to give in. He scream his release out to the skies fell back against Angel, his breath coming in harsh pants. Alex shivered slightly as his mates screamed out their own completion. Before Alex could say anything to his mates his eyes closed and he fell asleep.
