Goodbye Jasmine


“Xander…Spike loves her…he changed his whole life to be with her…even while she was being cruel to him, he only wanted to be there for her. She told him things she never would have told you guys. She hid their whole relationship with him from you guys, cause she knew how you’d react. He doesn’t have a soul that much is true, but he also doesn’t have a happiness clause, so he has no soul to lose.” Dawn said confidently. “I spent a lot of time with Spike I know he loves her, he’d rather die than hurt her, after everything doesn’t she deserve someone who loves her like that?” Dawn asked softly

“Yeah someone who would never leave her.” Tara added quietly.

The table got really quiet each of them deep in thought that, as they all watched the Slayer stalk her Vampire.

I want him so much. He belongs with me. I do truly love him. Buffy though to herself as she made her way to his side. She was intent on him.
Stalking him like he was her prey.

“Spike she’s coming this way.” Jasmine whispered in his ear.

“Don’t know why… all her friends are watching.” Spike whispered sadly.

“Can I cut in?” Buffy asked sweetly looking into Spike’s eyes.

“Why Slayer? I am a monster, an evil soulless thing, beneath you. ‘sides All your friends are watching you know?” Spike said dejectedly.

“I know Spike. And I really don’t think you are a monster anymore.” She said smiling wider.

“I’m gonna go get a drink. I’ll meet you at the table.” Jasmine said excusing herself.

Buffy melted into Spike’s embrace. “Mmmm Spike this is like coming home.” Buffy sighed contentedly.

“How would you know Slayer? You never let me hold you before.” Spike said snidely.

“I know and I am sorry Spike.” She said looking into his eyes. “I’m sorry I didn’t tell them about us before tonight.” She added quietly.

“What the bloody hell is that supposed to mean?” Spike asked. He could feel his body responding to her nearness.

“It means I told them Spike. I told them we were together. I told them I broke up with you. I told them I made the biggest mistake of my life when I asked you not to be a part of it.” She said quietly leaning in to kiss him. “I told them that I was jealous that you were here with someone else and I told them that I love you.”

“A…am I dreaming Buffy? Please don’t let me be dreaming.” Spike begged pulling her closer and inhaling her scent.

“No Spike you are not dreaming. I do love you. You're alive because I saw you change. Because I saw your penance and I did see it spike I do see it. I just wasn’t ready to admit that. Love is huge and scary and to know you really felt that for me overwhelmed me. To know you loved me enough to face the monster inside of you and fight back. You risked everything to be a better man. For me. And you can be. You are. You think I don’t see it, but I do. I do. I believe in you, Spike. But you’re never gonna get there if I don't give you the chance. So here I am giving you…us that chance. Please don’t let it be too late for us.” Buffy said passionately.

“Well, it is. You can’t buy me off with sweet talk. You’ve got all our our friends and that guy you were almost shaggin on the dance floor. I’m not going to just let you whack me back and forth like a rubber ball. I got my pride, you know.” Spike said indignantly.

“I understand.” Buffy said sadly taking a step backwards.

“Clearly you don’t, ’cause the whole “having my pride” thing was just a smokescreen.” Spike said pulling her back into his arms.

“Oh Thank God.” Buffy said melting into his embrace.

Spike leaned down and kissed her passionately. Buffy kissed him back. She pressed herself against him and could feel his hardness against her stomach. “God Spike I want you…can we…leave…now.” Buffy moaned.

“Yeah…let’s …go.”

Jasmine watched the whole scene with a huge smile on her face.

They walked out of the bronze wrapped up in each other and forgot all about everyone in the club that was staring at them with their mouths hanging open.

“Did you see that?” Xander squeaked “She left with him. He had his tongue down her throat and they were almost…on the dance floor.

“Xander give it a rest already.” Dawn said rolling her eyes. “Can I stay with you guys tonight?” She asked looking at Willow and Tara.

“Of course honey, I wouldn’t want to be at home either, no need to intrude on their reunion.” Tara smiled.

“Will you don’t have a problem with this?” Xander was so upset he was almost glowing red.

“No Xander I don’t…I think Dawn is right. Buffy deserves to be happy and if Spike makes her happy. Who are we to judge? She’s never been all judge-y with us. She never has. Remember all of your relationships have not been with head cheerleaders. Buffy never told you not to date someone cause she didn’t like them. You wife as a matter of fact, has probably killed way more people than Spike has, no offence Anya.”

“None taken, I agree with Willow Xander. Now leave Buffy and her Vampire alone and take me home. I need you to give me many orgasms.” Anya smiled brightly at her husband.

“I hope this doesn’t end with an ‘I told you so’ attached at the end.” Xander sighed and got up from the table to take Anya home.

Buffy and Spike made it to her house in record time. They raced up the stairs and into her room. Ripping off their clothes as they went. Spike stopped and his breath caught in his throat.

Amazing beautiful, sexy Slayer MINE. Spike thought as he pulled her in for a kiss. “Buffy you are the most beautiful woman ever created.” Spike said pulling back and gazing into her eyes.

“I love you Spike.” She said leaning in for another kiss.

“Say it again Buffy” Spike said picking her up and laying her down on the bed. His fingers found her and thrust inside.

“Oh..Spike..yeah like that…I love you.” She said entwining her fingers in his hair and pulling him up for another searing kiss. “Spike inside me I want you inside me please.” Buffy begged

“Slayer” Spike growled softly deep in his chest as he thrust into her.

“Yeah Spike like that fuck me.” Buffy said lifting her legs up around his back.

“God Buffy you’re so wet. So tight. So hot. Perfect. Love you Buffy I love you so much.” Spike said Nibbling gently on her jugular with blunt teeth.

Buffy could feel her orgasm coming close “Spike…Spike please bite me…taste me…make me come.” She whispered thrusting in time with him.

“Fuck Slayer.” Spike growled, his fangs descended and he bit softly into her flesh. Oh god yeah amazing. “Mine” He growled softly

“Yeah Spike I am yours. I love you.” Buffy said clenching him tightly inside of her.

Spike went hurdling off the edge with her words, spilling his cold seed inside of her and sending another crashing orgasm through her body.

“God Spike that was amazing.” Buffy sighed contentedly, lying in his arms after they had come down.
“You looked amazing tonight Buffy, it took all of my willpower to resist ripping the arms off the wanker you were dancing with.” Spike said softly. Buffy could still hear the jealousy in his voice, just from him thinking about it.

“I only did that to make you jealous.” Buffy sighed. “I was so angry and upset that when I told you to move on you found someone else. I thought it would be like it was before, I thought I could seduce you. When I couldn’t I realized what I was missing without you in my life, and how much I truly do love you. It also made me realize how unfair I had been to you and everyone else. I was lying to myself once I told them about us I really didn’t care what they thought as long as it wasn’t to late.” Buffy said tears welling up in her eyes “I was so scared that you didn’t love me anymore…I …when I tried to kiss you and you stopped me…that was a big wake up call for me. I hope I can make up all the wrongs I have done to you Spike, make up for all the hurt I’ve caused you.”

“I have you in my arms, you telling me you love me…that has more than made up for everything.” Spike smiled softly at her.

“Buffy? Luv, wake up I’ve got to go…sun’ll be up soon.” Spike said nudging her awake.

“Spike?” She questioned.

“I’ve gotta go luv…Sun will be up soon.” Spike sighed “Some things I’ve gotta take care of. I’ll meet up with you on patrol ok?”

“Yeah…” Buffy said pulling him down for a kiss before he left.

“Jasmine I don’t know how to thank you…I got the girl…the girl I have been waiting many lifetimes for.”

“I’m glad Spike…I wanted to let you know …I’m leaving Sunnydale.” Jasmine sighed.

“Why? Is it because of Buffy?” Spike questioned.

“No Spike nothing like that…I’m just needed elsewhere. Maybe we will run into each other again.” Jasmine said with a smile.

They said goodbye and Spike left. Whistler stepped out of the shadows and put his arms around Jasmine. “Thank you my love…I told you they were mean to be together, they are very important to this world. I was afraid they’d never get it right in time without some intervention.”

“No problem my love…so what happens next?” She asked

“That is now their choice…they don’t have all of the facts just yet…but soon…I promise soon…” Whistler said smiling softly to himself.
