Tyrell Courtier sat in the large vacant house he had been living in since he had finally tracked down his freakish offspring. He studied the maps and grids of the surrounding countryside, trying to best pin point where it was the hell mouths potential location was.
He sighed wearily, looking up he watched the humans marching around setting up there software, preparing to go forward with there mission. Snorting in disgust he turned away, they were a greedy race.
Personally he took great joy in the power he would have as the guardian of the Hell Mouth. That was a forgotten secret, hell mouths that opened themselves were a simple gateway but hell mouths that were opened on purpose…the one who created it could filter which demons he wanted to emerge, being dead had given him a lot of time to think.
He would build his army and wipe out that slayer school to begin with, of course after killing that bitch of his. He had always been disgusted by the two children. There freakish powers and they were a result of the one thing that had taken his true mate from him.
Sighing he couldn’t help the smile that broke across his handsome face at the thought of making Ryan pay for what she did to him? She had torn out his throat and left his hand mangled when he had attacked the boy.
Looking down at the disfigurement he knew it was only fitting he returned the favor.

Vikki and Willow sat on the bench over looking the small playground behind the school that was attached to the daycare. It was rare that they got moments like this alone; drills had been running longer because no one was permitted to leave the grounds so being slayers there was a need to burn off the energy that the girls sensed from the growing evil in the area.
That being said it had been a few days since the couple had been able to do more than cuddle and fall asleep. Willow smiled as Brigitte rolled around in the sandbox with Axel. The boy still seemed torn between whether or not to like the girl or be scared of her but they had stuck up an unlikely friendship…mostly because Brigitte was so damned determined.
Willow leaned over and rested her head on her girlfriends shoulder. Closing her eyes she dozed lightly.

Jessica looked over at her Aunt Willow sleeping next to her girlfriend and went back to playing with Jaeger; they had been trying unsuccessfully to build a sandcastle. Sitting up she took a deep breath, sighing she studied the pile of sand.
Leaning over to bury one of Chayes cars in the sand she stiffened. There was something out there. Looking up she looked into the trees, seeing nothing, she didn’t have too…there was something out there.
Turning to her sister she rapidly signed rapidly /do you smell that? / Rosie frowned and sniffed, standing she took a few hesitant steps to the woods. Stopping she saw it…or him. A man.
Turning back to her sister /STRANGER! /
Jessica stood up and pointed to the trees screaming “STRANGER DANGER!”
Willow came awake when Vikki jumped off the bench and stalked to Jesse, stake in hand.
“What is it?” She asked scanning the dark woods.
“Luminie” Willow whispered, immediately the woods brightened and everything within forty yards of the playground became easily seen. Willow swore. ‘Initiative.’
Standing she opened her palms and felt the magic sizzle down her arms and ball into two energy balls the size of baseballs.
When the men realized they had been spotted they retreated. There orders were clear, survey but that was all. Willow watched them go and let them; she knew no matter what this Tyrell would know what went on today. Closing her fists the balls disappeared and she felt the magic retreat back into her.
‘How did they get on the campus?’ She wondered. Walking to Vikki and ran an affectionate hand through Rosie’s blonde curls.

Asher came awake slowly. Fighting the initial pain of the bright lights above him he turned away, reopening his eyes he saw a small table set up. Flowers and ‘Get Well’ cards that were covering every available surface. Shifting uncomfortably he sat up and looked down at his legs/
Wondering how he was going to convince the doctors that he hadn’t been as hurt as he had thought. Only problem was that they had MRI’s and X-rays to challenge his claims…sometimes it was better to just wait out any injury away from prying eyes but he was in the hospital… so good luck with that one.
Sitting up stiffly, he pulled the blanket aside and studied both his lower legs looking down he saw that his legs were wrapped in cast... Smiling at the well wishes from the family that had obviously let there kids go nuts on his casts.
Turning over he reached for a newspaper. Pulling it open he looked down at the date, a week? He had been in a coma for a week?

Raya laid sleepily on the couch, not caring that Brigitte wanted to play and had climbed onto her lap and was bouncing up and down smiling slyly she flipped her youngest onto her back and tickled her mercilessly. Laughing at the little girls shrieks of joy.
Looking up when Faith walked into the room and smiled at her, mouthing the word ‘Horus’ Raya stood and walked over to her wife, leaning in she kissed her softy before taking the phone.
*Hello?*
*Hey Mom, Asher’s awake do you want to go with me?*
*Yes of course.*
*Okay, can you be ready in a few minutes?*
*Yeah see you in a few.*

~That Night~
Jaeger sat on her bed, coloring she hummed happily. She only had an hour before Mama and Mommy came back and the nice babysitter left. Nice babysitters being Ryan and Skye who were more busy sucking face in the kitchen now that Axel was asleep and Jaeger was better occupied.
Standing Jaeger walked into the kitchen and stood there for a moment waiting for the pair to stop kissing, “What’re you doing? Jaeger asked sweetly in a sing song voice.
Grinning when the pair jumped apart and blushed heavily when they saw her.
“Umm…I lost my earring.” Skye stammered, Ryan nodded along with the story.
Jaeger sighed “I have two mommies too you know…and we used to live in a hut the size of there bedroom” Leaning closer she stage whispered “I know about sex.” She said smiling. “Can I have a popsicle?”
“Yea yea that’s okay.” Skye said, going up to the freezer she pulled out a Popsicle and handed it to the little girl.
“Danke” Jaeger said sweetly as she walked back to the living room and sat down to continue coloring. Looking up when something brushed against her subconscious…there was something out there?
Standing uneasily she walked to the front door and opened it, looking out she saw him. There across the courtyard hidden in the shadow of the street she saw the ‘Bad Man’ okay she didn’t see him see him…but he was there. She knew it.
Seeing him, she knew what she had to do.
Walking out of the house quietly walked across the courtyard, stopping when Tyrell stepped out of the trees and met her at the gate.
Jaeger stopped just short of the massive gate, any further and Willows spells couldn’t protect her.
She looked up at the bad man, it was him. She knew it…”What do you want?” she asked.
“You know little girl.” Tyrell said pleasantly. He fought off a growl when the child took a step back and glowered at him.
“It wont work…my mommies are are gonna kick your butt.” Jaeger said, she was certain of this.
Laughing softly Tyrell looked passed her to the school, “How is she going to do that…when she can’t even keep her child home?”
Blushing badly she spun on her heel and stalked back to the house, turning she stuck her tongue out at him. Taking two more steps she gasped in pain. Whipping back around she saw the large tiger calmly holding his hand up, when he lowered it the pain did as well.
“I will kill them you know, all of them. They cant stay on here forever…come with me now and I wont send the initiative to kill everyone…its funny…the magic around this place doesn’t touch humans. Oh well.”
Standing she walked up to the man. “I promise she will kill you. You won’t win.” Taking a deep breathe she knew it was time. Stepping outside the perimeter if the school, Tyrell held out his hand and Jaeger took it.
