Chapter 4
Dawn woked up to strong hands wrapped around her. she didn't know if Faith was awake, but she did know that she didn't want to move. this was the first time she had felt safe in almost a year.
Faith woke up and realized the position that she and Dawn were in her first instinct was to move even though she could easily stay in this postion all day. When she finally did move Dawn's hand cought hers.
"Can we just stay like this for a while"
"Sure Faith said wrapping her hands back around Dawn."
"What do you mean she ran away Buffy"
"I mean what I said Willow we had a fight and she ran off"
"What if something happened to her"
''She'll be fine Giles, I'll go look for her now."
Buffy grabbed her jacket and walked out of the house leaveing her very stunned freinds and watcher behind
"Is it me or has she been acting really wierd lately" Zander asked
Lately this has been going since Joyce died" willow countered
Faith and Dawn had finally gotten out of bed and Faith had filled her in on everything that had happeded since she woke up from ber coma. And Dawn told her about how Buffy had changed since there mother died.
"Why didn't you tell someone like Giles or Willow"
"Because all they would do is say that it wasn't her fault it was just somwehting controling her. But they don't know her the way I do She been like this fro a long time lonf before mom died. An I don't want them to fix her I just want her to leave me alone."
Faith walked over to Dawn and took her hands in hers, Don't worry Dawn I want ever let her hurt you agian.
Faith looked into Dawns eyes and had to have her vey slowly she leaned in and kissed Dawn ver softly on the lips. Dawn was a little suprised by Faith's kiss but it wasn't unwanted she leaned in and kissed Faith back. Before she knew it they were laying on the bed with Faith on top of her. Faith moved her hands up Dawns's T-shirt to rub her breast. Dawn pulled back
"What's wrong?"
"Can we just take this a little slower I not ready to go that far yet."
"It's ok we can go as slow as you want. But kissing is ok right"
"Yeah"
"GOOD."
