Part 3 - Buffy

"Hello Slayer"
Buffy froze as soon as she heard the cocky British accent, though she made no move out of the embrace. She turned in his arms to be face to face with the vampire. Buffy lifted raised her eyes to his and a firey green meet a pair of blazing blue, a small smile tugged at her lips.
"Spike, now what are you doing here? Last I heard you were on your way to find your ho of a girlfriend"
Looking down at her Spike let the insult slide for two reasons: One, Dru *is* a big ho, Two he'd been dreamin' of holdin the Slayer for so long he wasn't about to muck everything up now. Of course he was beyond surprised when he found out she was longer hunting in Sunnyhell but rather the city that never sleeps. So he just smiled down at her and said
"Yeah well can't a man change his mind"
All of a sudden Spike remebered something he'd said to his sire not too long ago.
// "...Yeah well people change..."
Spike shouted in response "NOT US! Not demons... //
Shruggin of the not so pleasant memory and continued to move provocativly against the Slayer. To his surprise she continued to dance with him. So Vampire and Slayer continued to move against one another in the darkned club to the sounds of Redman

Sunnydale - December of 1999
It's a little more than a week to Christmas and none of the gang had seen let alone heard from Buffy. Joyce also hadn't heard from her daughter in awhile but wasn't worried. She knew that Buffy was a big girl and believed than now that she was away from this horrid town her baby was leading a normal life.
She was surprised when she got an invite from an old college friend to spend the holidays out in Texas. Being that Buffy wasn't returning home for the holidays she happily excepted. That was about 3 days ago.

Giles and the gang were all gathered at his flat researching the latest big bad to sweep into town. Willow and Oz were perched on the couch, while Cordelia was sitting on the chair in the corner with Xander sitting by her feet on the floor. The only person that was missing from the scene was the dark and brooding vampire.
A few hours before it was decided that he would go and see what information he could get out of Willy or any others of the demon population of Sunnydale.
Just as Giles brought out a tray of tea, soda and other snacks Angel walked through the door, looking a little worn. Willow and Oz jumped to help him as Giles moved out of the way and Xander with Cordelia leaned forward wanting to see what was happening.
After being led to the couch by the two red heads Angel promptly passed out but not before uttering one word.

AN: Ok I know I haven't worked on this story in a long while but for those who read my stuff you know I've been working on 'Bittersweet' and 'A Wolf...' anyway I didn't get a lot a feedback on this fic the first time I posted it, Sooooo if you want more let me know.
