Just A Little Piece Of Heaven
Spike threw the bottle against the wall and watched it shatter into tiny fragments. Just like his heart........
Dru had left him here. Said he stunk of the slayer. That she was all over his head.
'Well Dru, I'm going to prove you wrong. I'll kill her, bring her to you in a body bag, and we'll dance on her grave! You'll see Dru, I am not obsessed with the slaya'. I'm obsessed with you..........'
Spike groaned when he heard it. It sounded like a wounded animal starving for attention.
He crawled toward the sound, intending to find out what it was. Its crying grew in intensity as he drawled closer.
'Bloody hell, it's the slayer!'
"Cor girl, what happened to you!?!"
Surprisingly, he felt no heartbeat from her. Just the river of salty tears........
Her ashen face stared back at him blankly with no life in them.
He suddenly wanted to embrace the slayer turned vampire. Wanting to protect her from the rest of the world. Question is, will she let him?
"Pet, talk to me........."
Can you get Angel?
Not that sodding git. Anything but him!
"Please pet, just let me take care of you for one night!"
He had such a sad look that she couldn't turn him away.
O o.k..........
"I promise, I'll be good."
