THREE

Buffy felt her body tingle in response to his lips. She wrapped her arms around him, pulling him closer. ~ I want you so much. ~

"Buffy...let's get out of here...too many people..." Spike murmured kissing along her jaw line.

"Where do you want to go?" She asked.

"Somewhere a little more private." Spike said cupping her chin and looking into her eyes. "I want to kiss you properly without everyone staring."

"Oh...I..." Buffy stammered. ~ I can't tell you I don't trust myself with you. I've only known you for four hours. I don't want to sound like a slut. ~

"If you're more comfortable we can stay here..." Spike offered.

"No...It's just that I don't know where we can go..." She said softly.

"How about my place?" Spike offered. "My Da is out for the night. He went to a gathering in LA. Won't be back till tomorrow night."

"Kay." She murmured. "I just have to say good bye to Willow OK?" She asked.

"Yeah. I've got to say good bye to Xander..."

"ONE MINUTE" The DJ said into the microphone.

Buffy pulled back and looked into Spike's eyes, He was looking into hers with such intensity. She had never felt anything like this before. His arms around her felt so good.

Spike leaned in and brushed his lips across hers again. He loved the feel of her moist warm lips.

Buffy ran her finger tips over the mostly healed cut in his eyebrow. "Does it hurt?"

NINE

"Not anymore" He shrugged.

Spike stood and pulled her to her feet.

Buffy put her arms around his neck and pressed herself against him.

Spike leaned down and captured her lips with his.

Buffy let her finger tips run over the of of his neck playing with his hair.

Spike shivered under her touch and pulled her closer.

Buffy moaned into his mouth when she felt his hardness pressed against her belly.

Spike slowly let his tongue enter her mouth.

Buffy let her tongue caress his.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Spike groaned. He broke the kiss to breathe and looked into Buffy's eyes. "Was it OK? Did I do it right?" She questioned. Spike looked into her eyes and saw the vulnerability.

"Yeah luv, best kiss I've ever had." He said sincerely. ~ I felt like there was a connection between us. ~

"Really?" She beamed. ~ I felt it. A connection. ~

"Yeah." Spike glanced around and spotted Willow and Xander talking to Cordy. "There they are. Let's go say goodnight to them so we can go..."

"OK..." Buffy murmured. ~ Oh God. ~

"FIVE MINUTES" Cordy screamed. Everyone cheered. "Find you're special someone to kiss at midnight." She handed the microphone back to the DJ and made her way through the crowd. She was finally gonna tell him. After four years of following him around and never saying a word she was going to give in and tell him how she felt.

"Hey." She murmured walking up beside him.

"Hey. Great party." He smirked at her. "Will you kiss me at midnight?"

"What?" She gasped.

"Look Cordy. Every year that I have been to one of your New Year's parties, I have tried to be the one you kiss at midnight. Every Year. For four years. And every time either you have a boyfriend or you're to trashed. This year, you're here and it's almost time. Please, can I be the one?" He pleaded taking one of her trembling hands in his.

ONE MINUTE

"Angel...I...I've wanted you to be the one for a long time...I was just too shy to say anything..."

"Cordy will you be my girlfriend?" He asked.

She smiled up at him and nodded. "I would love to be your girlfriend."

He leaned forward and brought his mouth to hers.

NINE

Cordy snaked her arms around him and pulled him closer.

EIGHT

Angel deepened the kiss and held her closer.

Cordy pulled back and looked into his eyes. "You've really wanted to kiss me for that long?"

"I've wanted to kiss you since the first time I ever laid eyes on you."

"Why didn't you tell me?" She questioned.

"I ...was insecure. I didn't think you'd feel the same way..."

They both leaned forward and kissed each other passionately.

Angel let his tongue caress hers softly.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

"Happy new year girlfriend." He murmured.

"Happy new year boyfriend." She smiled.

"Cordy?" Willow interrupted.

"Yeah?" She said still looking into Angel's eyes.

"Have you seen Buffy or Spike?"

"Nope. Haven't seen them. Have you met my boyfriend?" She turned in his arms to face Willow.

"Hi Angel." She smiled.

"Hey Willow." Angel smiled happily. "Here comes Buffy..." He nodded towards the approaching pair.

"Please Daddy. You don't understand. I love him. I need him. I need to go to Sunnydale."

"But Dru Darling who would you live with?" He questioned.

"Daddy I am Eighteen. I am an adult and I can have my own apartment. I have one here..." She whined.

"I'll see what I can do OK? If they will let you enroll in school, I will let you go." He smiled indulgently at her.

"Oh thank you Daddy." She purred giving him a quick hug.

"Hey Guys. Spike's gonna take me home. I mean he's gonna drop me off..." Buffy blushed deeply.

"I'm staying at Xander's tonight so call my cell when you get home OK?" Willow asked.

"OK. Night guys." Buffy smiled and grabbed Spike's hand.

Spike held tightly to Buffy's hand all the way to his house. She was surprised when they ended up on her street, just a few blocks from her house.

"You live on this street?" She questioned.

"Yeah." Spike smiled.

"So do I.She She giggled.

"No way!" He looked at her incredulously.

"Yeah. I do. 1630." She giggled at his outraged expression.

"Bloody hell." Spike growled. ~ Why couldn't I have found you the day I moved in? ~

He unlocked the door and pulled her in behind him." Come on pet. Let's go to my room." He murmured.

She nodded and followed.

Spike watched as she stood nervously by the door. "What's wrong pet?" he asked.

"I...I'm not sure I'm ready for....you know..." She stammered.

"Come here and sit for a minute Luv." Spike patted the bed beside him.

Buffy walked over and sat down, turning to face him.

"I just want to kiss you Buffy, and hold you a bit...but if you're not comfortable with that I can walk you home..." Spike offered. He started to get up off the bed.

"No, that's OK...I want to kiss you...I've just never...I've never had a boyfriend...so I've never..."

"T's OK Baby...you don't have to explain to me...we don't have to do anything you're not ready for. I promise. You're too important to me for that." He hugged her close and inhaled her perfume.

Buffy nodded. "I'm sorry...I'm so nervous..."

"I'm nervous too pet, I've never felt this way before...It's like part of me that I didn't even know was missing was put back into place when I saw you. I feel like I need to be with you."

Buffy nodded. She leaned back and reached for him. Spike lay beside her and stroked her face. "You are so beautiful. Never seen anything like your eyes before...I feel like you are part of me Buffy...I know that sounds strange but..."

"It doesn't sound strange. Not at all...I feel the same ..Wh..When I saw you at the mall...I couldn't take my eyes off of you. Until Faith showed up. I thought you were her boyfriend."

"Faith? No way she's not my type." Spike smiled at her wide eyed expression.

"So what is your type?" She asked seriously.

"You. Only you. You have ruined me for anyone else." Spike smiled leaning down to kiss her.

Buffy responded to the kiss and ran her fingers up his arm. Spike ran his fingers through her hair. "I love your hair. It's so soft..." He murmured.

Buffy pulled him back into her mouth for another searing kiss. She turned to face him and let her fingers roam freely across his back.

"Oh Buffy...." Spike moaned digging his fingers lightly into her hip.

Buffy arched towards him and moved closer. "Spike...Oh god..." She moaned as she felt his hardness pressing into her flat stomach.

Spike slipped his other arm behind her head and pulled her mouth within reach. He let his tongue slide along her bottom lip begging for entrance.

Buffy opened her mouth to him and allowed his tongue access. She slid her tongue along his and felt a thrill run through her body when he moaned softly.

Spike let his hand trail up her taut stomach and up her side. When his finger tips started to move over her breast he felt her hand on his stilling it.

Spike didn't need to be told twice, he didn't need words to clarify her meaning. He let his hand slowly caress down her side and come to rest on her hip again.

Buffy moaned in pleasure. "Spike...Spike....wait ....we have to stop...." She pushed lightly against his chest.

He nodded and pulled back a little.

"I...Just don't want us to...go too far..."

"'S OK pet...Shhh...It's all right..." Spike pulled her into a hug. "I know....we barley know each other..."

Buffy yawned and snuggled up closer to him. "Tired Pet?" He questioned. Buffy nodded against him.

"Maybe I should go..." She murmured.

"Stay...please...let me hold you while you sleep....I'm not ready to let you go just yet...." Spike pleaded hugging her close to him.

"Kay...just for a little while though...I have to go home before dawn..."

"I'll wake you..." Spike murmured watching her close her eyes and settle against him.
