INT. MUSEUM OF ANTIQUITIES- DAY
"What did you do to them?" Ardeth Bay looked at the people that seemed to be frozen in place.
One Second he was listening to the Curator and the next Moment the only people that were still able to move were the two men and the redhead.
His hand reached for his weapons, his mind cursing himself for trusting.
"They are all fine but I need to talk to you about things they don't need to hear." Willow walked over to the window, her back to the two Arabian men. Knowing that there was nothing this two could do to her.
"Then we will listen." Doing his best to not show of his fear the curator gave a sigh to Bay, from the history told by his father and his father's father he knew that this woman "was not here to harm.
"I don't know how it came that you know about me, or what you know about me so I think the best way is to make things clear for all of us. You are here to make sure Imhotep will never walk earth and if you have the order to destroy him." Turning slowly she looked straight, first into the Curators and the other mumias eyes," I too have my orders. From the mother goddess herself. I'm here to save him, this is maybe the reason you think I am your Enemy, but I'm not."
"You helped them, you made them able to free it. You are our Enemy."
"As I told you before my proud Ardeth Bay, I only watched what happened and it would have happened with me or without my presence. The only difference will be that I will not watch him hurt my friends, so stop this talking about him using Evelyn. This is something that will not happen."
Holding up her hand she stopped them before they could start to say something.
"I will do almost everything possible to save him, but I will not stand in your way. I will sacrifice almost everybody, but not my friends, not one of them."
INT. RAMESSEUM - MOMENTS LATER
Jonathan scratched his ear with the barrel of his pistol. He just like everybody was confused. It felt as if something had happened but it had not. The Curator had told them that maybe this thing wanted to use Evey, hittlettle sister Evey to bring back this woman and in the next second he says that this would be only a crazy idea.
"This is not good. Not good at all"
Ardeth Bay had been staring out of the same window Willow had been only moments before, "Tonight is the full moon. The moon of Osiris. It will begin tonight."
Everyone followed Ardeth Bay's eyes, through the windows they could see the sun, which was now going into a full eclipse.
"...and he stretched forth his hands towards the heavens, and there was darkness throughout the land of Egypt."
EXT. BRITISH FORT - WINDOW - DAY FOR NIGHT
Rick looked out of a window at the British Soldiers manning the walls. Above and beyond them, was the black sun.
He needed a little time, to be able to think. It was as if he had just woken up, after a bad dream. Why or how, he had no clue.
The only thing he knew was that he had been there, standing in this room full of people listening to the Curator telling them all that his Evelyn was the key to the second crazy mummy.
And then already ready to grab her and bring her to the other end of the world he had been frozen, unable to move, or talk, only listening to Willow Rosenberg.
He knew that the others had not been able to hear all this, her talking about the mummy and the mumia, even a goddess.
Turning a little he looked at her and if she could feel his eyes on her back, she turned around looking into this green deeps and it hit him.
She had wanted him to hear all this, she needed him to hear it.
EXT. EVELYN'S FOYER - DAY FOR NIGHT
Evelyn and Jonathan were pacing the foyer," We must stop him from regenerating."
Turned towards Daniels and Henderson," Who opened that chest?"
"Well, there was me and Daniels here and then poor Burns of course, oh yeah, and that Egyptologist fella"
"What about my buddy, Beni?"
Daniels and Henderson looked at each other, "Naw, he scrammed outta the"
"
"We must find the Egyptologist and bring him back here to the safety of the fort, before the creature can get to him."
Rick raised an eyebrow at Evelyn, "Okay, ...Evelyn, you wait here, you two come with me."
All three of them pounced on him at once, watched by two amused people.
"The hell with that! I'm not goin' nowhere! We're safe here." Henderson walked behind the table, like a kid would to, as if he was afraid that O'Connell would hit him.
"Yeah, I'm not leavin', this fort for nothin'."
"Who put you in charge? You can't just leave me behind like some old suitcase. I'm the one responsible for this mess and I intend to be the one to clean it up."
Rick shook his head and sighed. Totally put-upon. Then he took Evelyn, shoved her into the bedroom, slammed the door and locked it with a skeleton key.
From the inside her room they all could hear Evey pounding on the door, yelling words a fine British lady should not know.
O'Connell only walked over to Daniels gave him the ke"Kee"Keep an eye on her. If you leave her door, I'll rip your spleen out C'mon, Jonathan. Willow?"
Jonathan swallowed hard and pointed to himself, "Me?"
CAIRO ALLEYWAYS - BAZAAR - DAY FOR NIGHT
The Egyptologist stumbled through the dark alleys, looking haunted as he clutched the Book of the Dead in one and his sacred Canopoc jar in the other.
He could feel him coming closer with every beat of his racing heart, he would die and it was all her fault.
He had never liked woman, not even for his bed and now he would die because a woman.
A street vendor turned and saw Imhotep's horrible decayed face.
He reacted and scurried away.
The mummy lifted his robe, covered his face, and moved in on the Egyptologist, who headed into the bazaar.
