You know what I hate the most, she said to the now limp corpse. She kicked it once for good measure. "I hate men like you." "Men who are still naive to the night crawlers." She looked down and faked a yawn. "Oh please, don't give me that look. It doesn't suit you at all!"
Laughter could be heard from behind her. She whirled around and pinned the intruder with a glare. A small flicker of recognization passed before her eyes before she snapped back to the present. "I'm not going to let you hog my dinner!"
His chuckles only further annoyed her.
"Stop it!"
Spike: Ducks, it looks like you're having the time of your life. What's your name kitten?
Sassy little chit, too bad. Can't keep her around.
"Buffy, do I have to spell it out for you!?!"
