Look what i can do

Faith hummed happily in the kitchen as she prepared breakfast, eggs, pancakes, waffles for David, bacon, ham and toast. The entire family would be here she guessed so there was enough food here to feed a small army. As she stirred the eggs she reached over and took a sip of her jack and coke.
Turning she saw Raya leaning casually against the entrance of the kitchen with a gleam in her eye that could only be described as wolfish.
Smiling in return she carefully scooped the eggs into a large bowl and turned in time to see her mate walking toward her.
“Good morning wolfie” Faith said teasingly, pleased over the slight blush that flooded the Egyptian woman’s cheeks.
“Morning slayer.” Raya whispered before leaning down and kissing her wife softly. Growling softly when Faith diverted and took her ear between her teeth. Pulling back she looked down into warm brown eyes. “Haven’t time for that, kiddies are up and about.” Raya looked regretfully at the tight leathers her mate was dressed in…truly regretting that they couldn’t misbehave.
“All right…then tonight?” Faith asked slyly, letting her hand glide down her lovers back and linger over her ass.
“Definitely” Raya growled out before leaning down for one more kiss.
Pulling back in time to see the boys pile into the kitchen she watched as Remy came tearing down the stairs followed Skye and Ryan’s cubs. Smiling as the two that were arguably more stubborn than her own twin sons came tearing into the kitchen, each shoving the other to make it across some invisible finish line.
Smiling when Adrian gave a cry of triumph a moment before his sister tackled him to the ground and the two began to tussle and snarl at one another. Faith often said that it wasn’t always good for the cubs to fight but hell…they were wolves…or at least part wolf, all skin walker…fighting was good for them. As long as it was all in good fun.

Sasha groaned dizzily, opening her eyes she blinked until they were clear of water, looking around her she was stunned at the sudden dullness in clarity of the trees and foliage, where once she could easily track every speck of dust, see the energy and spirit in all living things…now there was simply nothing….it was all so very…human.

Groaning she stood on wobbly legs and blinked in confusion when she realized her legs were….sore? What the hell? Looking down she growled in anger to discover her suede slacks were clinging to her legs…looking around her she reached up to brush her unruly curls from in front of her eyes when she realized something was different. Only this time…about herself.
Looking down at her hand she froze in shock. Her indigo blue skin was gone…in its place was an olive colored human skin tone, her claws had shortened into blunt human fingernails…fighting off nauseous she held out her hand and willed the fire to come forth…nothing…no fireballs…looking around in panic she walked over to a boulder and bent, wrapped her arms around it and heaved. Nothing, fucker didn’t move an inch.
Stepping back in shock she realized…she was indeed one hundred percent bonifide human. The old bastard hadn’t been joking. Throwing her head back she screamed in rage to the heavens.
She was nothing more than a mortal…kicking the ground angrily she turned and began making her way toward the houses. Pushing her way through the brambles she cursed as branches slapped at her bare arms and she bled…fuck humans were as fragile as eggshells.
Turning she hatefully vowed to level this entire damn forest once she was back to normal…that is if she could in fact be restored and wasn’t unmade, speeding up slightly as campfires came into sight shortly before she could hear the morning activities.

Yawning Skye stretched and sat up, smiling at her surroundings. It had indeed not been a dream, looking down at her slumbering mate she smiled at the soft breathing, the way Ryan’s hair lay across her cheek and would shift with everywhere intake of breath.
It was all so surreal…in heaven everything had been…to perfect were that possible and yes she had been happy…blissfully even. But here…she knew heaven could sure wait.
Hearing a faint noise downstairs, Skye instinctively shifted her ears to zero in on the noise, it was laughter. Smiling she carefully climbed out of bed and bent to retrieve a pair of loose fitting cargo pants, pulling them on she began to root around for a shirt that would fit her wider frame.
Turning when Ryan began to stir, she smiled as the hybrid came awake slowly, “Morning.” Ryan whispered sleepily.
Skye smiled and picked up a green shirt and walked over to sit beside Ryan on the bed.
“It really is…do you want to go eat?” Skye asked, she wasn’t particularly hungry, Sasha had said it would take some time for her body to become dependant on basic needs again. Something about spiritual transference into the physical…some shit like that.
“Yeah…in a bit…right now why don’t we just lat together for a bit?” Ryan asked. Skye smiled and pulled off the shirt she had put on and climbed into bed, waiting for Ryan to shift she laid down again.
“That sounds like a great idea.” Skye said, wrapping her free arm around Ryan’s waist.

“But I don’t want you to go!” Jaeger cried out, near tears, Buffy sighed and looked over at Lonnie who shrugged, lotta help she was.
“We have to baby…it’s not for very long. But we haven’t heard anything from outpost three in over a week and someone needs to go and make sure it’s still active.” Buffy said as she and Lonnie each packed provisions.
“Then send someone else…there’s an entire school full of slayers…why does it have to be you?” Jaeger said, before stomping her foot angrily.
Buffy looked to the ceiling praying for anything to make her daughter see reason, a hopeless request to be sure but still…you never know.
“Jaeger…you stop it. Well be fine, well be gone maybe a week. Just stay here with Axel and mind Aunt Dawn.” Lonnie said firmly, finally putting in her two cents.
Shrieking angrily Jaeger turned and stomped off, Lonnie turned to Buffy “You know she gets it from your side of the family.”
Laughing Buffy shook her head and fastened her pack. “I know we have a mission…but you know this is going to be the first time were going to be alone in…nearly…six years.”
Lonnie smiled and leaned in and kissed Buffy’s cheek. “Then you better pack…everything” Lonnie smirked at the slight blush that covered Buffy’s cheeks after she put special emphasis on the last word.
“Oh I will Lonza…now go kiss our boy goodbye so we can get out a here before Jaeger gets the screaming at us.”

Kennedy turned and watched as Nikos and Sheridan came into the kitchen talking animatedly…the two had hit it off and were together almost non stop. Kennedy was just happy there was finally someone that was like Sheridan enough that she had someone to relate too.
“…Is not…Superman is WAY better” Sheridan said using her hands to emphasize that point. Nikos groaned.
“Is not…have you even MET Hercules? I have and the guy is TOUGH” Kennedy smiled at the friendly bantering, Nikos skin was like Sasha’s in the way that it shifted with his moods, right now it was a pale blue which she remembered meaning that he was genuinely having fun with his over talkative half sister.
She had replaced the toga he had been wearing with ill fitting jeans forgone a shirt when finding one to fit around his wings had turned into to much of a chore.
“Mommy looks what I can do!” Sheridan cried out suddenly, Kennedy turned and watched as her daughter squinted her eyes and focused on an empty pitcher on the counter. Jumping back when the plastic pitcher suddenly vanished, Kennedy turned and looked at her daughter in amazement.
“See there it is” Sheridan said happily, pointing to the top of the fridge. Kennedy turned and sure enough the juice pitcher had relocated to the top of the fridge. “Nikos taught me!”
Kennedy smiled and nodded, although inside…she felt a tiny twinge of anxiety…just how powerful WAS her daughter?
“Hello?” A voice sounded from the other room. Kennedy decided to broach this subject later and walked into the living room to see a strange woman standing there awkwardly.
Dressed in damp but obviously expensive clothes was an eerily familiar woman in her late twenties. She had pale brown curly hair that was striking against her copper skin, violet eyes peered out from behind straggled bangs…so familiar.
“Sasha?” Nikos suddenly asked stepping from behind Kennedy.
“Yep…nailed it…turns out Zeus really was…upset.” Sasha said, stepping farther into the room. Kennedy stepped back, it WAS her…take away the blue skin…horns, tail, fangs and that damned arrogant stride…it was very much the blue demon god.
“What the hell?”
