Fawning over her new daughter, Drusilla clapped her hands. "Goody, now mummy won't be so mad at us Miss Edith!"
Darla was still pacing the floors. She was furios with Angelus!
This was her one chance to be accepted back into the family and he had to spoil it with his awful temper.
She had begged and begged for him to understand. This was important to her!
To gain some favor from the clan.
She needed him to behave because her sire was there watching their every move.
It was indeed annoying, but she was mistress and her sire.
Darla was famous for her own killings and violence, but one look from Buffy was enough to make her run.
Darla: I told you to leave it alone Angelus! We were not winning support because of your actions!
'My sire is going to have my head thanks to Liam!'
