"How did it go?" Angel asked as Spike walked into the empty dinning room.
"I don't want to sound cliché, but I have some good news and some bleeding bad news." Spike said and told Angel everything he learned from his father.
"Now what?" asked Angel "I can't kill him, he's immortal!"
"Not to mention the fact, that he is my Da!" Spike said giving Angel an exasperated look.
"Do you still hate him?" asked Angel.
"I believed him when he said he loved my mom." confessed Spike. "I even think he cares about me."
"I think he loves you to point of obsession. And you didn't answer my question." said Angel.
"I don't trust him." said Spike. "You can't love someone you don't trust." quoting Buffy.
"Let's go find Illyria and see if she wants to join us." said Spike suddenly.
"Why?" asked Angel confused by the sudden change of subject.
"We need help opening up our new detective agency in the States. Helping the hopeless." Spike decided.
