Wow...that was...amazing...I loved it! It was so great! Good job, wonderful job, very good work. I'm absolutely stunned. At first, I wondered how an Andrew/Spike fic would work, but hey! Hart wrenching, but beautiful.

Beautiful. Really, really beautiful. Your Spike and Andrew are so in character. And at risk of repeating myself, your Andrew is *so* in character. I haven't seen such a great Andrew in a long time. I just wanted to let you know that I read this (and most of your other fic) and loved it (and them). It really drew me in and I loved your Cupid demon and I loved that Andrew was *so* oblivious and when Spike finally figured out why, and talked to him (oh, so sad. Andrew not understanding why he wasn't dead was beautiful.) it was really true, why he didn't expect anyone could love him, and exactly what I thought.
I should have opened this in another window so I could go through and find the parts I liked the best, since I read it yesterday and then went straight to sleep, but that's what I remember.
Beautifully done. I'm bookmarking it so I can find it again :)

So, Spike's first boyfriend was a distant relative of mine, huh? Pretty amusing. I like the way you are handling both characters. Andrew is rarely treated like a real person, even by Joss, so it is nice to see here.

This is truly one of the best fics that I've ever had the pleasure of reading.

Beautifully written, so full of passion and need that I held my breath at times. The author has penned a wonderful Spike, not too soppy, not too evil and not too much of the 'boo-hoo, I was a bad boy and now I'm full of guilt'. Andrew was just perfect - not as one-dimensional as most Andrews that I've read lately, the author breathed life into him and made him more than just a geeky boy and a 'minor character'. The relationship between Spike and Andrew was totally believable and full of depth, and I actually had tears in my eyes after Spike's final words to Andrew. I totally lost myself in this story and couldn't stop reading until there was no more left.

I just adored this fic - Bravo, Scarlet!!
