I'm disappointed to read that someone could be that disrespectful. I enjoy reading your fic and the fact that you write about all aspects of a spuffy AU is what makes me to come back and read it. Please keep up with what you're doing.

I just can't get enough of this story... though I seriously doubt that you're human... I mean how can any human write a story that has been explored before and come up with new twists and turns all the time?!?!
I hope for this story to go on for as long as it already has!
Keep goin!

Just read your latest chapter and felt that I really needed to comment. I LOVE IT!! I have a bad habit of reading and not reviewing - mostly 'coz I'd rather be reading. I love to read your story and whenever I actually manage to get the time, I see if you have written another chapter. I enjoy the length - it's like life, not just a few chapters. I'm sure there oth others out there who like me who also read and forget to review and I wanted to let you know how much I really appreciate your work.Don't let someone -who can't even give their name when they criticize your work- upset you. Just try to remember that there are people who eagerly wait for your work!

Hey
I just read your last chapter and the note you wrote to your anon reviewer. I just want to let you know that I am enjoying your story very much. I think for the length you have come up with quite an enjoyable tale that has yet to become unreadable or even just stupid filler. There are many stories here that really are not worth the time, but the writer likes what they are doing so hey, I just don't read it. But for sure, your story is not one of them. It is pretty long and you would think it would have dropped off, but really getting to the point where William learns of his past took over 100 chapters and I think that you are telling the story just fine. Your chapters are easy to read, I don't see glairing gramatical errors and there is actually a plot. That is more than most.
Oh and the angst between buffy and william is great!

Oe joe joys of ANONYMOUS reviews. I personally have enjoyed each and every chapter of this fic and of one ordinary day. Please continue. I just recently re-found it and have read up to Chapter 125, I jumped to 155 to a r a review. I too write fanfic. I only have 1 i think maybe 2 posted here at aff. your writing is so much more mature. it has a depth of character, the narrative flows.
the plot line is complex yet easy to follow like all good story telling should be. You have stayed very true to the original characters and the premise is more than plasible. The interaction between CHaracters is layered with emotions and reaction so like real life.

Ok, I'm sorry, but I get your updates for your story, not to be drawn into some in-fighting with someone who *gasp* gave you a negative review. Sure, they're a bit rude, but they have the right to their opinion. No need to blow it into a big thing and email your friends to come defend you(and yes, that's what I saw your email as). It's one negative review among several positive. Does it have to be a big issue? Real writers can take criticism, positive and negative. So please, keep the updates on the story coming, but I don't think things like this need to be announced. You're just giving this person more attention than they deserve. But hey, look how your positive reviews increased!

While I have been following this story for a long while now, I have never reviewed it before, but after reading what that wanker wrote to you, I'd just like to say that I do enjoy this story, I feel it is very well written. I like that it is so long, partly because it allows for character growth and development, and partly because you have carried this story beyond a quick happily ever after. I feel that had this story ended at that point, there would have been a number of loose plot points left dangling, (such as what happens when Angel tracks them down, when William finds out he was a vampire, etc.) and am glad you are taking the time to comtniue this story, especially when given such hateful comments. So thank you for writing and continuing this story, and I hope to see an update soon! ;-)

And yet, JP, there was a PJ who sent me an email from my website last night saying this:
Request_Comments - My, you're quite the Peggy Hill on all levels, aren't you? Do you write 'musings' too?
Why exactly would someone give you money? You're not an author, you write mediocre fanfic. This is really no better than begging. You're basically asking people to pay for you to go to cons, because you could save that money to live on. I know how expensive cons are, so if you can afford those, you don't need handouts or donations. Really insulting.
Loved that one, too. Figured it was the same person who posted the comment on this board. Same sort of 'snark' which is disguised as being clever.
The money she thinks I'm 'begging for' is referring to a little donation button I have on my site, like thousands of other sites have.
Oh well, I would hope the person(s) who are so displeased with this story or with me, would please just ask to be taken off the update list if you're no longer enjoying the story, or haven't something constructive to say.
I don't like the idea of sending out letters to people who are just waiting for the chance to find someway to be nasty. I know it's a sport with some people, but honestly, it's like television, if you don't like it, just don't read it.
Easy, right?
Thanks to everyone who has shown support. You guys are great!

I already told Serene that the anonymous reviewer was an idiot. Obviously this person is doing this just to be malicious. Most people know that the authors on AFF have the ability in their control panels to delete reviews if they so choose and would be the only reason why the review "disappeared". Obviously she read it and removed it. If the idiot was only concerned with making sure the author read the review to get "honest" constructive criticism, they wouldn't need to keep reposting it. That is done merely so the rest of the readers/reviewers can see it in some sort of attempt to humiliate the author. Grow up you fool. She got your review. She exercised her right to remove it from HER story. Stop reposting the damn thing again and again. You got your 15 minutes.
Serene: I love this story. I actually like the length because it's something to always look forward to. It's like a continuing drama on TV. A lot of other good stories, we all hate to see them end so this is grea be be able to keep reading. You write very well. You can spell, use proper grammar, weave an interesting plot, and have excellent character development. The last update had me in tears along with B and W at the end. Crappy writers' don't usually move readers to such emotion. How on earth, with all the shit fanfic that is out there, anyone, could even remotely accuse this story of being poorly written, is beyond me.
