This epic held me in it's thrall from the very first word, and I was deeply effected once it was over. This work of art is the example by which all other Fanfiction should be judged! Michele, you are brilliant and I envy and appreciate your talent. It was your story that inspired me to step out into the Fanfiction arena as an author. In my wildest dreams I aspire to be half the writer you are. This story is like a fine wine, it only gets better with age.

I've read a lot of fanfiction....too many stories to count..and I remember them all. But out of all the stories I've read..the good the bad, the funny and of course the sad...out of them all..this story has affected me the most. I've cried and laughed, felt anger and sympathy..This story is better then any book I've read....its something that I just can't find the words to describe. You've made them alive, Buffy and Faith, made it seem so real. Thank you for writing this fic and for finishing it. You're a very gifted writer and I hope that I come across more of you work. Thank you

I love this fic even more reading it this second time around. I just hope I don't get all teary eyed at the end again. *sigh* It's just so sweet, this has got to be one of my fave fics, if not my fave. Again, I love it.

I've never read a fanfic that made me laugh and cry and feel the way this one did. This was amazing...words just aren't enough to describe how incredible this fic is....please let me know about the next chapter since it isn't here...please continue please

It is rare to find a fic of such quality, emotion, and depth as this one. It shows just how beautiful the Buffy/Faith relationship can be. You really have a deep affintiy for the characters.ll dll definitely be reading this story for as long as it is written.

This was the first fanfiction I read on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It was what got me to really love the pairing of Faith and Buffy. The characterizations are superb for what Buffy was like in Season 5 and into 6 and her reaction to Faith getting out of prison and how she handles realizing her feelings for her sister slayer are on the mark. Faith is portrayed how a woman with nothing in her life and nothing left to lose after a stint in prison would be, with her destiny looming over her head and having to take resposibility for that as well as her actions. It's a long, well thoughtout story with a tha that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I recommand reserving a huge block of time for reading this, for it will hook you and you won't want to stop reading, wanting to see how everything turns out in the end. And the guest stars, it's a testiment to talent when you're sitting there thinking that these characters make sense being there, instead of wondering what the hell the author was thinking throwing those people in the mix. Although the ending leaves no room for a sequel, I having been hoping at some point Michelle would have graced us with more tales that may have happened between the end of the story and the epilogue. One can dream

Michele, you already know how much I love this story. It's one of the most beautiful Buffy/Faith fics I've ever read. Thank you for beginning to post it here. :)
