Although decently written, it's really kind of pointless, isn't it? "I hate you, you hate me, drop your clothes and let's fuck." would suffice just as well, don't you think?

I think you probably need to reformat this since the way it appears is a little disconcerting. Having said that, I think this is a nice little ficlet that manages to delve neatly in Spike's psyche and take a look at something that was certainly implied on the show, but never able to be show directly. My only complaint is that it is not particualarly original, having read dozens of fics exactly like this but it is well written nonetheless.
