I like both stories, why not do both. It deems kind of even, if you're looking at just the reviews.

While both are alright I like the first chapter better.

As I mentioned in my review of the other chapter, I prefer this version. It simply makes far more sense...

I second the vote for 'Anya's Revenge'. Although I like both versions Anyas character fits this scenario
much much better. With Buffy and Willow you have the problem that it was only Xander who lied to Buffy. Buffy & Willow (early season 4) won't need vengeance against any others. I too look forward to what Anya has in store for Buffy, Willow and Dawn.

I notice that you pulled the revision "Anya's Revenge" and replaced it with the original. I assume it's because of the other review you recieved for that one. Personally, I think Anya's Revenge works mnuch better and is more true to the characters. It really isn't in Buffy's character to exact revenge on Xander, and more than it is willow's. I also don't buy Willow and Buffy being lovers. If this is set in early in S4, then Willow hadn't 'come out' yet, and Buffy was never gay to begin with.

The story with Anya on the other hand, is just the sort of thing the scorned vengeance demon would do. And then she'd go and get revenge on the others for siding with him, even if they didn't really. However, she, being insecure with his relationship with the scooby females, would certainly take it that way. I was actually looking forward to see what you had in store for Buffy, Dawn and Willow.
