Man, If I was Xander, I would be so jealous of Spike because he still got to be with another dog, and...it would feel like cheating in a way. lol. I don't know why tho.

yipeee! Hurray! Hurrah! I love this. Now I have to know what Willow says. Is the duality permanent? Is this going to be the longest living dog ever or the shortest living vampire? Poor Xander nearly ended up celibate for life! With all the hints please tell me you are going to continue with the fight to restore balance? All those covens in trouble need help.

That is so sweet! I can just see Spike running silently after a car. Chasing it all the way just to make sure his firstborn son is safe and happy. Beautiful.

Thank you so much I have been waiting for this it feels like forever. I can't wait to see what happens next. I really hope you can give Spike to Xander as a person instead of a dog. Although I can see what it would mean to Spike to be able to be a father even if it is puppies. oh I'm also waiting for updates on Honorable Sons, All Over Again and Never Time Enough. Hope you get into a heavy duty writing phase as I really love your stories.

I felt Grief for Xander's having to accept Spike giving something that should have been Xander's to Chloe and glad that Spike would be able to have a family to pass on to Xander. But I'm a Happily Ever After person and I very badly want Willow to be able to help Spike. I want Xander to have real love and not just the devotion of a series of pets.

UPDATE!!!! oh, so happy!!! thankyou for continuing, i was despairing that this had been abandoned. was a fantastic chapter as always, loving the closeness that the pair are sharing, and the angst over the issue of siring some puppies. wow. pretty intense. was just another stunningly brilliant offering, thankyou so much for sharing.

Please don't stop. I love that poor Xander is so used to weird stuff happening that even a dog who can write, use a keyboard and send an E-mail doesn't clue him into things. I'm also dying to know if it will be Willow or a heartfelt WISH from Xander that brings Spike back.
