Hell, yeah, I'll leave a review for you. Sorry about not reviewing for chapter 6. I was sick with the flu and still am, but I've been so anxious to know if you've updated and could you imagine my surprise when I saw two updates in a row? I'm so happy and I like the sexual tension and realistic-ness you've been staying with. It's good.

Ah! I absolutely loved that last scene. You kept true to Spike's character and gave us a glimpse of a new fire behind his eyes; a fire not belonging to the man who lost his first love or to his love of fighting, but to the desire to protect his soon to be lover. To see Spike restraining himself because of Buffy's pain is absolutely... priceless.

This fic is fantastic! It has restored my faith in the Buffy fandom. Love the characterizations, love the intrigue, love the romance, love practically everything. Amazing writing. Very well done!

I love it! The guilt is killing him and it's brilliant! Hehe, sorry, I do love Spike, but it's nice to see him all guilty and thoughtful and Buffy seems to be starved for affection. And a few other things ;) I can imagine so long with Angelus wasn't very nice if he can treat her like shit so easily. Poor Angel, you don't know whats a comin! Keep those brilliant brain juices flowin!

I think that this story is just great. Please Please keep going. There are not that many stories with Buffy as a vamp and you are going a fantastic job.
