OMG! This is such an awesome story! I really love it!
So far, you have done justice to the story by keeping your facts in check. The only non-canon I have seen is that Buffy began sleeping with Spike AFTER she was resurrected. Other than that, its all very detailed and checked with care. You even included Angel's mark! Kudos!
I like the little tidbit of Cecily and co. might get killed. A little extreme, but none-the-less satisfying.
Your sex scenes are a little quick, but hey, this plot is too interesting to divert from entirely!
The Angel and Watchers Council add much needed color. This makes the world she is in seem more real. She is also proactive as always, which is very in-character.
I liked that Spike can remember Buffy in his past. The re-writing of history is a hard plotline to follow through, and you are handling it with style! I wonder if "Spike" will change, since much of his persona was created due to his repression/humiliation issues. I mean, even Joss Whedon said that Spike is an annomily b/c he still has part of his soul after he is vamped. Hopefully Buffy won't sleep with Angel; it'd kill William AND Spike!
I can already sense a sequal being set up! ^_^ I know this isn't over yet, but if Buffy slept with William, and there is no protection...
Hope that was enough for three chapter. (Not really for me, but I've got homework to do!) Anyway, please continue the story soon! PLEEEASE!!!

I like the story, but there is a problem. You mentioned that Buffy and Spike has had sex before, but at this point in the show, they hadn't yet. Buffy doesn't even start liking him until the Once More With Feeling episode, which was after she was brought back. So maybe you might want to fix it for the show's sake? Just a thought. But it is a good story. Keep it up.
