I really like this. I wished you'd update soon.

It always makes me sad when I check this story for updates and see that it hasn't been. This has become my FAVORITE Spuffy story on ANY of the many sites I frequent. I love the very original plot-line and how you keep both characters close to the period of time that they are in, without losing that essence that makes them, THEM. I really and truly do love this story, please please please please PLEASE don't leave it unfinished! I'm a big fan of your writing and I've read many of your stories, but this is the one that's earned a special place in my heart.

Please write more! There's not that much of a plot to advance, so I can't say I'm dying from a cliffhanger. But who the hell cares? This is the best smut I can find anywhere.

I truly do love this story and I hope that you continue, it's plot is unique and wonderfully well done. Typically I hate to read Alternate Universe fics where Spike is human, but your's is written in a way that is not only highly interesting to read, but capable of keeping the aspects of his character I love most recognizable. There is not a day I don't find myself checking this story for an update and often I find myself rereading the chapters you already have up. It's certainly one of my favorite pieces of fanfiction and I hope it won't be left as incomplete. Anyway I wanted to leave you a review to tell you just how much I adore this story, and I await with anticipation for future chapters.

I absolutely adore this story, and I mean ADORE. Normally when reading about a series that has already become well established and gained a lot of popularity, I'm somewhat skeptical when it comes to alternate universes. Typically I enjoy them less than I do those that follow the original storyline that first served to gain my interest. However your idea is not only extremely unique, but highly interesting to be read. I love stories that set themselves in past timelines, and you've certainly touched on that in Vengeance. And even doing so, what makes me adore your writing most is that you've stll managed to reflect a bit of the original personality that makes me love the Buffy/Spike dynamic.

Spike especially is recognizable from his oftentimes cocky attitude, combined with the endearing noble qualities that would slip in throughout the BTVS series. Their love/hate relationship has been well kept, and more than that your means of keeping it is as original and interesting as any other part of the story. I find I have no difficulty figuring out which characters are which from the series, and your story, even with the name changes. I truly look forward to reading future updates on this, and raptly await the next installment.
