I am still absolutely loving this story - best ever! I don't really want to see Buffy, would rather Xander and Spike work out their lives together, but you're the author! Will continue my daily search for updates!!! Thanks!

Wow! I wonder who was most surprised by that confession - Spike or Giles! This is still my favourite story on this site and I'm glad you got the award you deserved. Excellent!

This story just keeps getting better and better! I go on this site simply to see if you have updated it! I love the way Spike's insecurities were revealed by how harsh he was to Xander for a while but am loving the confident, caring Spike far more!!
Looking forward to the next update!

Oh please let Spike make Xander's life just a little happy - even pets can have that. And lordy knows he's earned it... Wonderful writing as always... J

Poor Xander, what is up with Spike? Xander seems like he's getting to the point of not caring then what'll Spike do?

I like this story, but I'm really hoping that Spike will come to his senses soon about Xander.

Is there a point to this or is Spike just having a run of vampire brainlessness? I always saw Spike as being cunning, crafty, even intelligent. Lousy at strategy but a brilliant tactician. There isn't any real point to treating Xander this way. In my head Spike could and would treat Xander this way to relieve boredom but only if there was more to be gotten out of it then simple violence. He's not trying to get Xander to surrender to him nor is he trying to make a point to himself, Xander or his household. He just feels like smashing a toy and listening to the sounds it makes while he does. This seems like minion behavior rather than master.
