I just wanted to say that this is one of my favorit Harry Potter/Buffy fic's. I have read this one many times before always hoping that there would be an update. I understand losing the muse and moving on to other stories but I guess I'm just not one to give up hope. If you ever do find more inspiration for "A Matter of Family" I would probable do my own version of the Xander Snoopy Dance.

I just read this fic from beginning to end and it's one of the best buffy/hp crossovers i've ever read! I also read your buffy/leverage fic this morning and i'm loving it too! Are you published on any other sites? Is there more of this fic? I really look forward to hearing about it if there is. i just found your story and i love it. the characterisations are great and made me appreciate new parts to the people that i thought i knew. i am wondering if you are still updating the story. i read the author note in chapter nine but the link to the other site was no longer active. it would be a real shame if you are no longer updated as you have created a brilliant believable situation with a great deal of potential that has left me craving more. i would appreciate greatly if you could email to let me know the best way to read this story. tanyajones71@hotmail.com

Ooh I just love this story.
The only constructive critiscm I have is this one sentence that Dumbledore spoke

"I understand perfectly, William. You know, I remember visiting a monastery in Eastern Europe and getting a rather nasty injury while I was there. I do believe I was there about fifteen years ago. So, if they used my fifteen year old blood and combined that with the blood of the Slayer........."

If AD was 15 when he visited the monastery 15 years ago, he'd be 30... Ok, I understand what you were really trying to say. It's his blood that was 15 yrs old, not him. Still the wording is tricky, you might want to smooth that over with your Beta.

But otherwise not even a single grammar mistake that Wasn't scooby-babble... And even your scooby-speak is spot on! It was like watching btvs again.

Oh I just found this story and love it the way you have Xander and Spike acting is just great. You will be sending out more of the right? RIGHT!?!? You really loved to read more and see what happends.

wow, i would love an update on this one. its awesumness!!!! love the pack!protective!family xander stories and this one has it in spades. i also love the fact that harry is younger in this one- usually he is the same age, but i love that he is younger and under xan's protection. and love the whole marriage bonding to spike- funny as. hope you get the bug to write again soon love, cause this is really good. well done pet.
