Once again bravo for this wonderful tale. I very much appreciate all your author's note giving information about the ton and the setting of the story. I wait patiently for the story to unfold and to see Spike and Buffy falling in love.

Bloody brilliant, as per usual! I guess I should say thanks for such a wonderful chapter. Poor Joyce, by the way, but very well written. I trully enjoy reading this story, I have always had an interest into this time period. Although, I have to say that the treatment of women back then really grate on my last nerve. I really am glad that Spike is admitting his feelings, though I doubt Buffy will believe him and I don't think Dru will be to willing to give up her lap dog! As always, great update!

I devoured all the chapters in the last three days. I adore your fiction! It's gorgeous , hot , entrancing.
I'm relieved that William at least opened his eyes about Drusilla but i'm afraid of the upcoming arrival of Angelus.
Wonderful characterizations ! And I 'm dearly enjoying Clem 's presence .

OMG! As usual, this chapter was excellent. I wanted to reach into the story and strangle William for treating Buffy so badly. GRRR! Keep up the fantastic work, this story has become one of my favorites and I can't wait to read more! Happy Holidays, Tori

Another great update! Is it okay for me to totally despise Drusilla? I'm glad that Will is sorta coming to his sense, maybe slowly. Poor Buffy trying to be strong but you can't fight that attraction, well I can't wait to find out more.

Its me again, on the one hand I'm sure we read b/c we love Spuffy. But I must say that I really feel sorry for Clem, he needs to slap Will upside the head. In Clem's case, some people just have all the luck. He sees what an asset she is but he'll never get the chance, so it seems.
The double standards that are exhibited throughout this story are amazing and telling--Will, her father, even Xander are part of this Ton that gets to have all the fun. Bravo your Buffy characterization for trying to gain some independence.
