I don't think I've read a single one of your works, that hasn't moved me to tears. And this one definitely did. The imagery, the storyline, hell the whole damned thing was absolutely delightful. It was a beautiful and moving piece and while my legs went numb and my dogs whined for attention, I didn't even move until I finished it, from chapter one to the end. Three hours later, and one roll of tissue, I'm finished and astonished at how really, really beautiful this particular story was and yet, "Elderly Pets" is still my all time favorite, though this one now runs it a close second.
In plain english though, awesome story and may you pen many more for the rest of us to read and enjoy. ^_^

I just wanted to tell you, Josie, how much I have truly enjoyed this futuristic spander fic. The emotions, the intrigue, the action, all of it has been glorious. Kudos!

Awwww! Poor Xander!
But, I'm soo glad that Spike found him....now begins the painful process of healing. Spike is going to have to be extra supportive for Xander, I'm sure he is going to feel useless with his eye missing.

Nice one. But I find myself hurting with this story. The change in Spike, the loss of everything. It touches me and saddens me. But thank you for this.

They took Xander????? That is sooo not cool! Spike is gonna be uber pissed.
I hope that Xander does not die and that they can get him back real soon.
One good thing about the newest turn in the story, we get to see Spike in action! And, if they get Xander back we'll get to see Spike in protective mode!
Loved it, can't wait for more. One little request....I'd love if the chapters were longer!

OH man, I've been following this story for a while now and I have to tell you that this cliffy is going to drive me nuts! I love this story so so much and I want to beg you now to please update ASAP because this is like torture.

Yeah. Thanks for updating. Poor Lisbeth, there lives will forever be complicated, won't they. I absolutely love this story but have one small criticism. These last few chapters have been much the same as later stories in the five rings series in that you become so focused on this happening, then this and this that the other part of story telling is ignored, the how it effects the characters you do have some of but this can be enhanced by conversations. I hope you aren't offended by this criticism, it is not my intention. I just know how constructive criticism can be helpful to my own work and so I like to offer it to other writers as well
