each time i read this story i love it more! thank you!!

Throughout the story I was wondering what the carriage driver was thinking, and I grinned when he warned them that they were approaching civilization. :D The club reminded me of the vampire club from Interview of the Vampire, so it didn't seem as historically inaccurate as it might have. (Though, I have heard that the Victorians were quite perverted!) The ending bit confused me a little as to who had gotten married, until there was the exchange about gossiping women being ugly. Anyway, this entertained me, despite historical fics not usually being a genre I read. William's character was kind of a mix of William and Spike, so I wasn't put off by an OOC-ness. And the villain was creepy.

Bloody brillant fic. Absolutely enthralling I couldn't stop reading it. Can't wait for more chapters. You have an excellent way with words. A brillant way of leaving your readers both frustrated and satisfied at the same time, your sex scenes are hot and yet ultimately romantic, and you played the history line without fault, often there are modern inconsistancies in historical Romance that make it hard to get into the story. Not so in you case. Absolutely brillant.
