Well, I just finished reading the last two chapters and I just have one thing to say, EVIL! You evil,evil person. Leaving us hanging like that! AGAIN! Ugh...you authors and your frickin clif hangers! Ah well, I'm soo happy that they are finally going to see each other again. I bet that they will both be extremely happy to see each other. I am intrigued about the mystery that is Xander. So, a Primal is something that just kills willy-nilly, whereas Xander has control over what/who he kills? And obviously, he knows or senses that it is a hyena inside of him so hopefully this is explained a little more soon. Well, later rather than sooner, can't wait til the Xander and Spike reunion takes place!
Great story! Keep going and post the rest right now so that I can see what happens next!

And there better be lots of smut in the next chapter. And I mean LOTS! No they're just starting to get cozy and then cut to the next morning, there will be none of that, understand? Good. Now hurry up with the next chapter.

You just seem to be playing with different writing styles and techniques, and I must say that it's working out a treat. The e-mails weren't quite as touching as Xander's letter but the circumstances are different and the mails still manage to carry a lot of unsaid things. Giles is definitely the kind of father-figure many of us would like to have. I definitely like the way you portrayed the interaction between Angel and Spike, and would've liked to read more of it. Angel does have a slight tendency for such melodramatics and poor Spike has to endure it.
I can't wait to see if the two finally make things right in the next chapter.
