that was so great! i just read the whole story, and i really liked it a lot. i don't know that i buy the idea that he only pretended he thought she was a brat to dru because he secretly liked her way too much, since the animosity between them seemed sorta....real? but maybe in retrospect that's what he was doing even if he didn't know it for a while... anyway, great story, thought the gift switching was hilarious...ty for writing!

Steps forward, steps back. Buffy needs to just jump off the cliff and give him the benefit of the doubt about loving her. After all the people in her life, like him including her brother.
