Great chapter, loved it as usual. I think the "vamp boyfriend" comment was her subconscious breaking through and telling us what she is thinking about. Hope you see it that way too. ; ) Can't wait for more.

it would be nice to change the end of smashed, make it nicer for spike fans, but i'm not sure what circumstances what make it change. i think spike needs to make buffy feel better about herself, that could change things, and when she finds out why the chip doesnt work on her. i wish she woulda dug into willow, but shes doubting herself, spike could help with that too. if she would just listen...i dunno, i did like the chapter though and i feel you are sticking to the characters so keep going.

Just found this story. I like it a lot. I agree that season six had some excellent potential but they really messed up on several things. Looking forward to updates on this and your other stories.

just read chapters 1-9 and love it!! Rewrites are my fave and you're so right about season 6 having so much potential. Love your version much better keep it up!!
