Actually, you don't have to have an education degree to teach at the college level. You only have to be qualified in the subject you're teaching, and it's up to the school's discretion, depending on how the hiring is done.

i really liked that Buffy went to find out what was going on, now I think that tara is behind this whole thing, i can't wait to see whats next!
