liked this. there are not enough s/giles stories around, so a a bit more of this would be nice.

Wow, just...wow. I see this as very much the way it would be if Giles was turned. Ripper would LOVE being a vampire. It's so sad, but I'm glad you got the soul back to him. Nothing can really make it all better, but Spike will certainly help. sigh...would love to see a story on how they got together. Lovely, thanks for sharing.
