I like this story. It makes me feel at home. I used to live in Saudi Arabia but now am a American citizen. My sister was not so lucky and was pulled into a herim. She now lives with no other reason to be a wife to a man she does not know. There are parts of you story that are true. But wifes are not aloud to call family they must write and their letters are inspected. My sister Nezalasa has two comforts knowing that i am not in the same mess and that i still live. She is the only family i have. When i came to the USA, i found about TV and Computers. The first Tv show i watched was Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I found that i really liked Spike. Being he was from a different country. A friend of mine told me of this site so i could read dirty stories about whatever i wanted. So I came here and this is the first story i have read and i have enjoyed it to this part. Thank You for writing a story about the lives of women in my country. It is hard to know that my sister is not aloud the comforts of TV and the internet. But somehow you know what goes on in a herim. I just wondered how.
