Very Interesting CH. I don't really get Xander though. I know Riley is his friend, but he seems to be more interested in him than that. But he's with Spike. Damn you! Your driving me nuts. PLEASE Update SOON.

You did that just to make us all write and demand more immediately didn't you? The previous chapter left me feeling very sad for Riley. I mean, the sex was scorching hot, but it felt like a kind of slow suicide, like he was just giving up, surrendering to the path of least resistance. But this chapter felt better, like he was making a choice, not just giving up. And the scene with Xander was very sweet. I really liked the part about Xander's excess love flowing over to fill Riley's hungry heart, which is not so hungry now. Very sweet, not just passion, and not just romantic love, but the love of friendship, which I feel is even stronger than the other kind. More tempered anyway. So, here is your demand--give us more right now!!! :)

BTW, when you said "Xander's love and desire for him near palatable", did you mean "palpable"? Palatable is kind of funny in context, but I didn't think it was what you meant.

WoW its getting better. Keep it up. Im wondering are you turning this into a A/R/X/S fic? Sounds great =).

Indeed a fine close to the week. If being the center for someone else is what Riley needs to find his own center, he's in good shape. Tough way to lose the scars, though, and an interesting approach and symbolism for Angel, the cross a sort of redemption for past sins.

You know what? Best Riley/Angel fic there will ever be... Can't wait till the next part, keep it up.
