Lovely story! Went through sweet, to hot, then to sad, and then to sweet again. I loved Andrew's evolution. Weseley's evolution on the show from whimp to badass made me believe Andrew's, too. Andrew/Dawn may not be a commonly loved ship, but you made it work very well.

I finally found the time to finish this entertaining, well plotted story. I was delighted that you were able to make the pairing work so well, and giving Andrew a more detailed back story helped. The way this story meshes with your others was also very entertaining. Dawn coming into her "Key" abilities was a good addition to the mythology of your Buffyverse, as was Spike receiving the Shanshu while still keeping his enhanced abilities. I really thought Dawn and Andrew had dodged a bullet when Spike arrived in Rome sans vampire sense of smell...my relief didn't last long! Thanks for taking such care with this story. It was wonderful to read. I just wish I had been able to follow it in progress to lend support.

i started reading this fic when it was only up to about chapter five or so, forgot about it, and just came back a few days ago to finish. An extremely sweet story about a rather unlikely couple. or likely, just not widely thought of. Addie, you've got obvious ability to really think through a story and a plotline and it made a pretty darn hot story into genuine entertainment. well done.

addie, this is such a great fic. dawn and andrew, who'da thought?? i love this whole series or whatever you'd like to call it. looking forward to the end of when the day breaks now, since this fic completely jumps three years (bold). still loving emma in this one, too. damn, you're good.

My friend found this story and sent me the link. I love Andrew, and the idea of him and Dawn together. I just finished chapter eight, and I'm going to finish the whole story today even if it kills me.

Awwwwwwwwww how touching are those two. I really like this story. Could it be that Dawn can find out who she came from and how she was made? I hope Andrew comes to terms with the things he has done and let Dawn love him. ok so now write more i want to know more like NOW please *laughs*
