Buffy is dating Riley to make her friends happy? That is just the flimsiest excuse I've heard. Ever. Buffy is too kind and sweet to hurt her precious friends but doesn't mind ripping Faith's heart to shreds. I guess that means Faith is not even at 'friend' level. I'm glad she realized that she is being used. Dump her and run Faith. Really not liking Buffy much, or at all.

Very happy to see this updated! Angst can't be beat,not when it's as well-written as this. Of course I hope for the eventual happy ending,but that's up to you. Please keep the updates coming.

i LOVED it! well, not the fact that theres so much angst i almost drowned in it but it was really great, but FUCKING SAD!!!

Nice chapter, very well written. Every story needs a chapter of pure transition to move everything along. I really like the way Faith's reacting to Buffy and her noncommittedness (is that even a word?). I can't wait for the next chapter. Bring on the angst!

Fantastic update. I hadn't read this fic in a while so decided to start again from the beginning and read it all in one sitting. I had forgotten how brilliant this fic is. Love the latest chapter. I am a fan of angst so like what you're doing but hoping for an eventual happy ending. Hoping for updates as soon as possible. Thanks.
