i was wondering, is this story, by any chance, based on 'Dont Take the Girl' by Tim McGraw? at all? cos the the part where buffy first goes into labour, and slips into a coma really reminds me of that song, which really means a lot to me and my family. you should listen to it, if you haven't already.

Hmmm
So you have given Buffy hypertension....hmmmmm. If she gets red faced and short of breath just from being upset, then Spike is right she is not ready for sex yet....the excertion from the sex would be worse then with her being upset and could cause her to have a stroke......unfortunately most of the hypertension medications also decrease the sex drive in women and in men alot of times...LOL!
Man, that means no more babies......and I thought this couple who already had shit throw at them would find some happiness and make more babies......oh well....damn....
Can't wait to see what the doctor tells her......it is fanfiction so I guess anything is possible...but she has to tell him about how her pressure went up and she got red faced and short of breath with being upset at her husband that is a very important diagnostic symptom....and a question that should be asked at exam times......it indicates her body is not handling excertonal/emotional stress....and sex is both....LOL.
