Hmm, this is sweet; I've read it before, somewhere else as I recall, but it's certainly worth a reread. I, too, enjoyed Faith's defensiveness almost screwing everything up. Buffy's speech about being dogfood really captured her character. Your problem with punctuation could be solved if you didn't use so-called "smart quotes". It's quite easy to turn them off in most word processing programs--just make sure all your Autoformatting options are turned off. Makes things a lot easier for your readers and it doesn't affect you in any way. Anyway. Good story! More?

this was a wonderful and so sweet of a fic.(once i got over the typo errors unless it was just my pc screwing up)
great written job on faith's character especially on her defensive mode.
and their loving was so savagely perfect.
faith mentioned that buffy surprised her with a picnic, *hmmm* now that will be a fun read what do you think...???
