You are an amazingly talented writer! It's been a long time since I've sat up just to read and finish a fan fiction, but yours... wow. Definitely not a disappointment and makes me miss writing it :) Not only did you hit just about every major aspect of a good fic, but for the most part I think you stayed true to the characters. I say 'for the most part' because of course some things had to be fabricated or created in order for the story to work. However aside from that, everything was very realistic and 'Buffy-like' in origin. Joss would be proud! You even made her brutal rapes somewhat sweet with Spike's loving demon taking responsibility for her, after a fashion. I don't think I found one negative thing about this fic, aside from the fact I didn't want it to end and it eventually did :/ I loved how even in times of distress, that witty sense of humor still shone through. I see that this was posted in 2003 so whether or not you will actually read this review is beyond me. I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed your fan fiction and I hope to read more stories from you soon :)

P.S. Come to think of it, I may have already read the one titled 'Bad Angel' (or something similar), but if it's as good as this one, I wouldn't mind reading it again!

I also forgot to add that one of the main reasons I loved your plot so much is that me and a friend created a role play with a similar idea. However, in ours the daughter is named Aurora Lynn Summers and she is Angelus'/Angel's daughter. Unfortunately, the way her birth came about is somewhat similar to this story and Spike is still very a much a part of the girl's life, even if Buffy isn't.

I have to honestly say that this is one of my favorite fics. i didn't really expect to like it so much, but it was really well done, i mean really!! i could totally see this happening and it was an awesome idea that Spike can feel Brianna and Buffy... i have to say the lemons were really well done too even the N/C... and the plot was interesting and well done as well... i'm gonna go and read all your other fics now!!

what can i say? i was horrified, astounded, entranced, horrified some more, and then i fell in love with it. spike's demon purring to soothe his distressed mate is something i will never forget; the scenes were so vividly rehey hey made me smile, cringe, laugh, and get all teary...such a fabulous fic! i couldn't stop reading until the very end, and i was left breathless. this is your first fic?? one hell of a great premiere!

Wanted to let you know that I enjoyed your story. I just found it. I was not sure about it when I first started reading it but then the next thing I knew you had me into the story. It was different than the other Buffy & Spike stories that I have read. I found it well written. I enjoyed the way your initial set up gave way to the heart of your story. Like that you did not make Angel out to be a monster just not the vampire for Buffy. I really enjoyed that Buffy's experience with both Angel & Spike's demons eventually gave her the ability to see that Spike could be the one for her. This being your first fic you should be proud cause you did good. I hope to read another one of your Spike & Buffy stories sometime in the future.
