I like how it's developing. I have to admit that I skimmed/barely read the lyrics to The Impossible Dream because it's one of those songs that I end up getting stuck in my head, and I really hate that song. But I liked the lyrics of that other song.

I'm really enjoying this story. FYI, though...prose is not poetry. As a matter of fact, it's the opposite. It's ordinary writing, not in verse.
