Breaking up sounded like the responsible thing to do, but Spike already looking for his next lay even before telling Buffy off just makes him look like the biggest asshole. I wonder what happens now...

God, poor Buffy. Not that all her actions have been of the soundest moral judgement, but thinkin car cares enough to go out to the soda shop with her, only to have him ogle the counter chick and break up with her. Her "not good enough to be seen with" part was really well written, btw. Hope you continue this one...
