"I'm on my way." Could that sentence be any better? Normally I don't care for a super needy Buffy, but boy does this little gal have a right to be needy! I'm so pleased you've brought them together again. This is one of my favorite stories; thanks ever so for the update.

Oh, I don't suppose I really NEED them. I'd continue writing anyway,
no matter what. However, that said...let's just say that I find them to
be deeply inspiring. Reviews kind of validate what an author does in
a medium where, obviously, we aren't getting paid in a monetary
sense. Good reviews make an author feel appreciated and that
makes them want to write more, and to get better and better at
their craft. Bad reviews, if they're presented in a proper manner,
make an author strive to improve by pointing out what is working
and what is not.
Okay, I changed my mind. I do need it. It's like air and water
to me. I love writing and I love hearing that people like what I
write. It makes me happy, and when I'm happy...Spike and Buffy
get REAL happy!
